You're telling me. As a stay-at-home carer, I don't get to actually go out often, which severely limits my ability to get exercise. It's pretty disheartening and hard to find the motivation to do anything about it. I can probably squeeze in a brief walk each day, but that's about it. Meanwhile, my weight continues to gradually increase.
