Interesting night at work. The sewerage pipe burst underneath The store, so there was a nauseous smell ranging from se Asian marketplace to horrible farts depending on where in the shop you stood. A Taiwanese guy tried to ask me out while he was ordering, and when the manager heard that she started yelling and he was like 'I was just practising my English!' Why you'd try to ask out a fast food server is beyond me:/

Uh...it's out on Wednesday/Thursday. Steam says it unlocks in 4 days from now on the 19th (very late on the 19th but it should be up and ready to go Thursday morning).

So I'm back from the Aus/Argentina game and just found out that despite being at a place with tens of thousands of people present, I didn't get a single streetpass. Biggest waste of time ever.

Man. I'm jealous. That you were at the game. I only got to see like five minutes. I was at a mates place and spent the entire NRL and then the final quarter of the AFL in front of the Tv. Figured I should be slightly social after that.

Apologies for the late reply, was out all day yesterday until 2am with mates. Wargaming and board games shenanigans took place.
I know now that you bought a camera, I must've been away.
As your first SLR, you have much learning ahead of you (I mean that in a fun way) and many amazing discoveries to make. Did you end up buying Understanding Exposure as per my recommendation? I think I recommended it, if not, I certainly am now. It'll help demystify a lot about the camera and get you in a comfort zone with it much faster.

Unrelated to this, I played the board game Smallworld last night and had a great time with it. So much laughing and joking whilst wrecking each-others shit and talking shit about each-other, it was fantastic. Definitely not for those who take things personally and seriously, but a great game where the time just flies by.
It looked like great fun on Tabletop, but it is so much more fun when you're playing it for real. We were so wrapped up in it, before we know it, the game had ended and it was 1am. Great replay-ability too, with the way the races and the bonuses are random each time and come out at different stages of the game. Totally recommended!

Oh, Torchlight 2 is up for preorder. This is mainly for reptilescorpio, as it's 1.4gb and it may take him that long to download it. It is here I'd loke to offer my services and copy the game on some kind of physical storage medium as that may be quicker than actually downloading it.

I bought some dumb stuff today. Dumb because I actually own most of them on Xbox 360. I used to collect each version of old Sonic Team stuff but haven't in a while. Big W was selling all of these for $10 each!
They had Yakuza 4 as well for $10, and that's way worth the money, but I knew I'd just never end up playing it.
