I remember San Andreas coming out that week and I did nothing but play it. Clocked up 100 hours before the end of exams. Forgot to bring my Cheat Sheet into the Maths Methods exam with me (thankfully I had it for the Specialist Maths one).
80.50! The benchmark at the start of the year was 70 to get into shitty Commerce at shitty Deakin. And then it turned out people with 60 got in first round anyway, lol.

95.35! Coming from a shitty Victorian public school, it was much more than what I predicted or aimed for (70-something and 83-84, respectively). Still think they made a mistake with that one..
Do they just give out exam results over there? I had to pay them to get mine. :\ (unless we're talking about study scores? Or is that a Victorian thing?)

edit: The only thing I did to ruin my exam performance was play and finish Mass Effect PC the weekend before my Physics mid-year. Still my best exam, though, heh.
They're just rankings with .05 increments (at least in Vic). So 95+ means top 5% of state, 90+, top 10%, etc. There's an advantage to doing particular subjects due to scaling (of something else that feeds into those rankings. Again, might just be a Vic thing), which makes it possible to get a good rank without being smart (like in my case). To get high 90s without doing subjects that can make up an 'Asian 5' is really impressive, I reckon.

Don't worry about it. I've seen a few bands alone where friends have bailed / got lost in the crowd / or whatever, and after a while you forget you're even by yourself. Which band are you at?
Dicks. I have my records from the beginning of high school to about year 10, then it cuts out until 2009. I think I'm missing a file folder somewhere...
