The best thing about elections is election night on TV, and the best thing about hating all the parties and not choosing one as your "team" is you get to enjoy hours of graph porn regardless of the result. One of my favourite memories as a kid was getting to stay up late to watch the 87 election coverage. The theme song was "The Final Countdown".

I put $5 on Labor when Rudd first got in and they were paying $5 or so, but I'm pretty sure they're not going to win.

Oooooooooooo! Gimmegimmegimme!!!!!!

Edit: by that, I'm not asking you to give it to me, Fred.

Edit 2: by "give it to me" I'm not talking about sex.

Edit 3: only because you're married Fred, not because I don't find you totally dreamy.

Edit 4: totally would hit that, otherwise.

Edit 5: PM me?

It was a long thought out response to one of your points about the SR4 rating. He must have gotten self conscious and bailed out.

We're nice in here, guy! Come back!

Vote Compass

Try this out to find out where you stand.

Apparently I should be voting green. No chance.

They should have included other parties as well. The Katter party would have an all encompassing dot covering the entire spectrum of political views, apart from Gay Marriage. That would lead to people marrying animals, children or even Cory Bernardi. While the Palmer party dot would jump around like a wack-a-mole completely dependent on how many crazy pills Clive had that morning.

Nott Won't Sleep is FREE on iOS

You should grab that if you have a kid I guess. And an iDevice.

EDIT: Bern why is the election thread in Off-Topic Community? Good threads go to die in Community you know!?!

I could not have cringed any more when Abbott said "Fair dinkum". Reminded me of Mr. Burns when he said "I brought some 'mun-chees'. Smithers, the Cheetos".

Why is that?

Woo!

Had my second appointment for my second shot at contact lenses and was pleasantly surprised to see (ahaha) that I'm much more comfortable putting them in than I was when I first tried them. So even though last time took me (I think) ~10 "lessons" (that I never quite had right) this time I had two :D

Woo!
