Should chuck the parents in instead. The kid had previous weed use to the point where his doctor knew about it and they let him go to a massage parlour? Pretty sure that isn't how you raise a kid.

I think you're correct good sir.

If anything, 6 years in a Bali jail sure will learn 'im.

The part that I like is that (from what I can see) the 10 year rental guarantee does not guarantee you a minimum rental amount per week. So... if they can find someone to rent it for $10 per week... well, they've fulfilled their commitment. Hang on, you purchase this? For as little as $54 a week?

Yeah, I don't like that site. Perhaps other people have dealt with that company and they are good people but I would be very, very cautious, DeathJr. A quick search of the googles uncovered some general uneasiness from the inhabitants of the interwubs.

I bought two games today. One of them was Dragon Quest Monsters Joker 2: Subtitle Not Preceded by A Colon But Still a Mouthful Despite It's Apparent Brevity Relative to Other Games.

The other is unmentionable.

I've heard DQMJ was a good game, and reviews of 2 are pretty favourable, so I'm willing to try something different.

I also got Xenoblade recently too, but havent had time for it. I imported the UK red CCPro edition and an Aus version with the OST. I dont ever buy two copies of the same game, but I made the exception for this game for one reason and one only: Panzer Dragoon Saga.
I suspect it is going to be exceedingly sought after in years to come, and it's actually collectible, unlike most CEs that come out.

Tbh I think most of the people in Melbourne and New York have no idea how the system works and probably have no idea how they would replace/fix it.
This is basically what I think about the whole thing, which is why I've ignored almost all the news on it.

Inequality, corporate greed, corruption or whatever is going to exist forever, so deal with it.

Nah, can't subscribe to that one. Nothing will get better if no one makes a big deal out of it. Are these occupy idiots knowledgeable? Probably not, but they are trying to raise some awareness, even if they are rubbish at it. If people assume it can't get better, it won't.

Imagine: Babies?

I've heard good things about DQMJ2, too. Well, if you likes your Pokemonsters, that is. I've heard the good thing about the game is that you see the monsters on the field, so you can actively choose which encounters you wish to have.

Let us know what you think.

Yeah, that can't be a good thing.

The batman is good

if we had to put up with DLC shit for every game to be as good as this, it might be worth it

the fact its a quality game unfortunately means people will buy it :p

This is why I don't like commenting on these sorts of things:lol

Obviously, those situations are different and extreme. I'm just referring to what the people are currently protesting about - things that probably won't change very soon.

This I don't agree with. Changing shit is generally good, just I don't these guys are really going about it in a good, effective way.

Goddamn high-quality Trojan Horses! Look at that varnish! They spent so much money making this horse, it'd be a shame not to keep it...

Had Dragon Quest Joker 2 for a while now. It's interesting... but also... kind of not interesting. I might just be past the 'mon stage of my life though. I think the main thing is that it doesn't explain itself easily enough...

It's just an option I had seen, among others. I'm probably going to get a 2 bedroom apartment in the CBD @ 450k and give it on rent. Lets see, my dad is coming here in a few days and he will decide since he's the one buying the house, not me. :p

My dad is a millionaire. Unfortunately I don't have access to his cash.

VOOK

We don't know why he keeps buying PAL, either.
My No Steam, no App Store, No eShop, XBLA, PSN or iTunes month is working. Only 11 CC uses this month (essentials) compared to 56 last month

Is that the occupy Melbourne thing? That did get violent. How long had they been camping out there? or planning to camp out? On one hand if they were protesting peacefully it kinda sucks that they got kicked out, but on the otherhand if they were planning to camp out for days they are sort of becoming a public nuisance.

Uh, that's kind of what the occupy movement is all about

Did they occupy a construction site? Why's there so much dirt on the streets? And the guy in the second picture - I haven't seen a belt-chain thing like that for the better part of a decade...

I just noticed all the builders in the background looking grumpy. lol.
I thought it was in the city square but that looks kinda... yeah, like a construction site.

Honestly without having read up on it, this Occupy Melbourne thing sounds like it's full of people who post things like "Post this status if you X to support X" on Facebook, without ever actually doing anything relevant about it.

GTA pack is on sale on Steam. I played GTAIV and felt relatively meh about it, enough so not to invest in the expansions. I wouldn't buy the whole pack because I can't see myself playing through the old ones again. $14 for GTAIV complete edition sounds decent for a play through the expansions and for eye candy though. Should I bite?

Apparently there's a scam going around where a caller tries to convince you that your computer is getting a lot of errors and needs anti-virus software immediately.

My brother picked up and hanged up almost immediately. I wish I answered :(

It is. In spirit, the protest has good intentions, but it's largely irrelevant to Australian society (Occupy Wall Street has significantly greater value in the context of America), and like most protests has devolved into nonsense. It's full of of hippies trying to change the world by sitting in tents braiding each others hair, socialist fuckstains (among others) hjyacking the event to push their own bigoted agenda, and your stereotypical cop haters who believe that by claiming 'peaceful protest' in a public space that gives you complete rights to do whatever you want, wherever you want, for as long as you want, regardless of any detrimental impact on other civilians and their businesses.

Your typical art student wanker protester who wants to change society, because 'fuck the man, man!', without actually doing anything productive to, you know, change society. And, as usual, cops will be painted in a negative light regardless of what they do and to whom, because also fuck the police etc etc.
