Sport Mode: Because apparently applying more right foot isn't enough.
just rock one on the back, leave the front clean
havent had a front plate on my econoline for a year now, white vans are seemingly invisible to cops lol
After looking it seems a guy named Craig makes brackets that everyone seems to like so I'm ordering his. There will definitely be no drill brackets on the market for Mustangs. A Mustang forum might be better able to answer which ones work best.
Still can't get behind the new design... Makes me thankful to have my 2014 instead so I guess that's good.
Even that was shared with Saturn.
I got told off before for talking about a hypercar in here but frig it, some of you might be interested. Two LaFerrari videos just popped up in my YouTube subs if you fancy a look at it, seems whatever embargo was on it is up now. I've them downloaded to pass the time on my commute tomorrow.

Let's keep this hypertrain rolling though. The P1 is my favorite of the 3 upcoming hybrid/hypers.

Meh, the new McLaren's do nothing for me. Boring styling, cheap easy way of getting power via turbocharging, not high revving. They're fancier, mid engined versions of the GTR and not true exotics. 1+ Mil for a Turbo V8? I can get that on a 5-series for 65K. Come on....a true hypercar needs 10 or 12 cylinders, because sound matters.
Ferrari revs to 9000, and that's reason enough to choose it over the McLaren for me, without even going into the styling issues with the McLaren.

Hypercar time!
P1 all day
I know turbos are taking over, but ask anyone who watches F1, how fun it is this year and how good the sounds are. When you're spending hypercar money, you're immune to emissions or fuel economy regulations and only go with what appeals to your heart. And that's the Ferrari. Porsche is 2nd place and McLaren is a distinct third.Still fuck ugly, but those rev shifts literally send shivers down my spine.
You're going to hate being an enthusiast with every passing month.

Speaking of turbos...
Christian Von Koenigsegg talks about the 3D printed variable turbos used in the One:1.

They are printed WHOLE, with the impeller and spindle inside of the closed casing upon completion.
AutoGAF, sorry to break up the sexy hybrid hypercar porn... but I need advice.
First I'll tell the story of what happened. I was out for a movie with friends and I was driving back home. I was in the parking lot of the theater, waiting to make a left turn and it was raining really heavily so my windows were all fogged up and covered with condensation from the rain. So when I made the left turn, I ended up driving over a median(at a low speed mind you, because I was still in the lot), which I could not see thanks to the rain, the glare from the headlights of other cars and the fact that it was dark. I drove back home and drove to work today and everything seems to be ok....
So here's my question, is there any chance anything, other than my ego, is damaged even though the car is driving just fine? (Steering wheel is not vibrating, wheels are all straight, tires look ok and didn't lose any air)
No replacement for displacement and no replacement for revs. An engine displacing upwards of 6 liters doesn't need turbos to have great low end torque.Any day of the week I will take a smaller, lighter, equally performing turbo'd engine over a comparable N/A engine. Especially now that direct injection is mainstream. Gas turbo engines now have the torque curves of a diesel, and that's a damn good thing.

At hypercar prices, it's not just about the specs, but about intangibles like emotion, feeling, and sound. All of which are best in the Ferrari. A 9000rpm V12 is a glorious thing.
...cut...

Do you have an auto shop you frequent? Get them to do an inspection, shouldn't be very expensive.
I just got one done today. I was forced to drive through a very deep pothole (downtown Chicago in traffic, no way to avoid it). Car drove ok afterwards but I got it checked any way. There might have been problems that were not immediately apparent. (Like a torn boot). Fortunately, no major damage for me other than some scratches on the control arms.
There's probably nothing major depending on how bad of a hit it took while going over the median. From the way you describe it though it sounds like it was pretty low impact.
I second whatsinaname though. If you have a mechanic you trust I would recommend bring it to him and seeing if he will check it out for you. He might even look it over for free, but $20-50 would be a normal charge I'd say.
Good luck! Hope nothing was damaged.
Probably not. What kind of car is it?
You'd have noticed if something were off immediately. At slow speeds, you can't even knock off the alignment of the car. Did you bottom out and hit any of your body panels (front, middle, rear)? If not, I highly doubt you did any damage.

Still should get it checked out, but it looks like there shouldn't be anything that needs to be fixed urgently.
For the 50-60K range, the Vette is unbeatable. If I had 150K though, I'd buy something like a R8 V10 or similar, even though vette or a similarly priced 911 Turbo is faster.Yo, I found your car then.

Those bronze wheels. The 1970 AAR 'Cuda inspired hood. I NEED THIS IN MY VEINS RIGHT MEOW.
The first person to buy one and drive by a Greenpeace meeting with a middle finger raised to the passers-by is my new hero.
No LFA?
That's probably my favorite engine noise in recent hypercar history.
so what would ya'll consider to be the best new sedans currently in the market lets say for under 30k and luxuries over that?
Huh? Who would tell you to stop talking about hypercars? That's like half the fun with being an enthusiast.
Anyways, wicked videos. And yes, the embargo lifted today.
If you had the $$$ to pay Ferrari. Chris Harris /DRIVE video won't be out till late May.
One thing I really like about the LaFerrari is that the hybrid-ness is only there to increase performance.
What about for people that like to drive?< 30k:
Volkswagen Jetta

Audi A6
