For those who can't tell what it's suppose to be: It's a uber-fat WHALE!!! When you look at an animal that is regularly used as shorthand for "fatter than hell" and find that it still isn't fat enough for your boner, you probably have some serious issues...

Yes, because no one actually carries pregnancy that long in comics. Jean Grey-Summers had like, three children without ever being pregnant, and Mary Jane Watson-Parker had a kid that didn't last because of ohgodwhathavethewritersdone.
Unless you're like, Susan Storm, you don't actually give birth.
