That run was way too chill for how late it's getting. It was still good but I need something to pep me up like that Yoshi's Island race.

Pressing those ad buttons ingame was just really really shitty. A shame since I liked his megaman run but fuck putting in ads in a charity event.

I guess I switched tabs at the right times because I missed them. That is shitty though.

Seems like every announcer has a heavy "kill the animals" bias. IMO any speed run of Super Metroid that kills the animals should be discredited.

They're speedrunners... naturally they want to kill the animals.

Part of it is to play up the donation battle angle, as well. It encourages donations on both sides.

They are doing it for donations imo. If save the animals was losing, they may be pushing it instead.

That is probably my favorite thing about that donation war. The monsters that are backing killing animals trying to create a reason why they aren't terrible. It's not killing helpless animals, its saving frames. Disgusting.
