Well Speed Sources from the Poodlers is pretty fast since you can use yuffie to 9999 morph all of them and you get 3-4 of them when you encounter them. But every other source..... good luck. Man I have not done max stats in FF7 since like 1999... It was so painful I will never forget it. NEVER (*patiently waits for Disgaea 5 to max out all classes* )!
