I don't remember you telling me anything yesterday. I don't really read the sports threads anymore because people are always talking about the same thing. I make random posts about C Webb because I'm slightly obsessed, but I usually only do that when I'm no longer sober. I also don't troll anything, and if I'm currently just a shell of my former self, I must have been one incredible motherfucker.

The Jays will need to build from within a bit more until they get a quality, youngish team with obvious talent that looks like it could at least nab a Wild Card spot or two. Until then, they'll have to overpay so much for FA that it won't help because they'll only have one guy making too much of the payroll. But maybe if the team has enough potential attendence will go up, and Rogers can justify spending more $$ and then they can afford to buy some high-talent free agents without paying extra to convince guys to join a losing team.

That's an interesting idea, however Sportsline has money prizes for their leagues. ESPN costs 20 (prices aren't up yet, but I think so) and they have no real prizes...just a t shirt. I like ESPN a lot, BUT CBS Sportsline (a very established fantasy source) has Fantasy Baseball Gold

He'd be a risk, for sure. But I still remember how dominating he was during the 2003 season with the White Sox. Nobody could touch the guy. 200+ strikeouts, and an ERA under 3. I think a lot of his problems lie with playing in New York. Some players can do it, some players can't. Or he might just be a one-year wonder.
