This was such a great series. Make sure you start with the 2003 2-part mini series. I'm streaming it right now on Comcast via their On Demand, I assume other providers might have a similar option.

As far as a know it's not normally available via Syfy On Demand as I've been looking for a way to watch it again. Would love if the date got extended but not sure it will.

You can also watch online but need to sign-in with a participating provider below.

It was up on Netflix until a few months ago, sadly. There are a few sci-fi series that were critically acclaimed but no longer available to stream. That shouldn't be. You'd think Syfy would want to keep it on a wider platform.

Good timing. I'm watching it for the first time (couple episodes in). Question though: is it consistently this dreary, hopeless, grim? It seems to be the point, but man is it depressing to watch.

I wish Syfy's stuff was all in one spot, instead it's scattered around. Battlestar and 12 Monkeys on Hulu, The Expanse on Amazon, The Magicians is on Netflix, etc.

That said, I need to eventually watch Battlestar.

Isn't the Expanse on Netflix now as well? I just wish I could find a way to watch Farscape in one place. Love that show.

Need to do another rewatch but from what I remember. Hopeless? No. This has it's ups and downs. Grim and dreary? Kinda.

Which Netflix, US? I've been wanting to re-watch for years but since I never had a sub to Amazon or Hulu, it was never an option recently. I did consider just buying it on Bluray but I passed. I still will one day, some of the discounts have been pretty steep.

It's not a terribly happy show and it gets rougher as it progresses. There are cathartic moments, though.
