I, i disagree, i understand if you prefer the DMC characters, but enemies and atmosphere too? Bayonetta has good enemy design, as good as DMC (maybe slighty worse as there is a central theme for angels and demons), how can you say one of them is the WORST in gaming while only playing the demo i dont know.
Fortitudo, Jubileus, The Masked Lumen, Luka, Jeanne, Affinity, Gomorrah, all have awesome designs and there are much more.
This part in Paradiso rivals the atmosphere of DMC too. And other chapter
The sequel is also a noticeable improvement in environments and art direction.

I just watched the whole video, it's a combination of everything for, yellow piss filter every where, silly looking attacks, spanking a enemy, to getting naked, to enemy design, really i don't even know how to explain what i'm looking at when i see bayonetta, it's a weird mess to me.

Well, i can agree about the yellow filter, the crazy combat and silly attacks fits Bayonetta/DMC perfectly, there is also this part.
But also, i have to say Bayonetta 2 has richer environments and much better colors.

bayonetta 2 does look better artistically of course, the main enemy in all white with lunar staff looks really cool. i don't remember DMC having silly attacks, they all looked bad ass to me.

As bad as people like to say DmC is, I would play through it ten more times before I touch DMC2 again.

I played through DMC4 in the past week and marathon'd DMC1 for the first times last night.

Why can't it come out sooner, i'm tempted to try DMC2 to see how bad it is.
It probably is misplaced optimism, but damn if it doesn't have a good buzz around NeoGAF. Then again, using GAF as a barometer, the Wonderful 101 would have fared much better than it did. I am surprised to see it listed as the top selling Wii U game on amazon, and in the top 10 overall. But I was also surprised to see Hyrule Warriors move as well as it did (190k?). Bayo seems to be a wonderful series and a great value, but not a great fit for the audience. If it actually does not-terrible, that will certainly make 2015 interesting (maybe some 3rd party support could actually come back, even if it's EA/2K sports games "roster update" editions).
I remember when I bought Bayonetta PS3 at launch despite the fact I also had a 360. Only because I liked the PS3 game cases more.
This ended up being a huge mistake and I could not enjoy the game due to the poor quality of the port. I fixed this eventually though and got it on the 360 and loved it.
I'm glad Nintendo is publishing the game because now I have no choice. There's only one version of Bayonetta 2 I can buy. And it'll be the best version. I don't even have to think about it.

I managed to enjoy the PS3 Bayonetta until the last area and when I tried Hard, holy crap will finally playing it at 60fps feel so good.

Ask me about the moon landing or the temperature at which jet fuel burns. You may be surprised at what you learn.
Hopefully someone has the Lumen Sage gifs and the one where Bayonetta does a combo with the hammer weapon.

Reading that thread linked of Bayo 2's announcement... There's some almost prophetic stuff in there.
Like Watch_Dogs being "eh" compared to the high praise of Bayo 2, or Nintendo themed content. These two years have been amazing to experience, and it makes the build up to Friday even more enjoyable (but excrutiatingly slow...)

It's been in that spot as the #2 game on Amazon US behind Smash 3DS ever since the great reviews all hit.
I think it'll put up pretty solid numbers in NA, anyway.

It's a damn good time to get one if you're able to put together the cash. Big titles have been coming out at a bit of a slow rate since the console was released but at this point, there's a veritable treasure trove of great games in the library for someone picking up the console now.
Yeah, I've been holding off for a while, but since 3d land and Mario kart 8 came out, it's been really itching. And bayo 2 and smash later on is sealing the deal for me. Best quality as software goes for a while, even though Bloodborne comes out soon-ish, there's still so many fantastic good games on the wii u it would be foolish from me at this point.
Plus I need to get Tropical Freeze cuz a friend worked on it : >

Its not the having a different opinion its the uninformed posts and hyperbole used on certain posts. You can dislike the game but exaggerating stuff and making stuff up its trolling.
I'm more interested in what Pocket Lint or The Sun has to say about this game.
I want to see Anita Sarkeesian's review.
