Best songs with lyrics in video games?

Blue Dragon - Eternity (Boss Theme). Needs no introduction.
Resident Evil 5 - Pray. She can sound a little drunk at times, but I believe it was an African woman singing in a non-native language, so ++ to her for her effort. You cannot deny the power of her crescendos.
Katamari Tribute - A Crimson Rose and a Gin Tonic (YMCK 8bit Mix). Best song in the whole game.
Metal Gear Solid 4 - Love Theme. Another song with an ethnic tone, this is a really fantastic piece. Criminally under-utilised in the game however.

Most songs in The World Ends With You ^_^.
Like the awesome opening

"Morning rays, Hairspray Queens"
"Get on their way to their nests, the west"
"Honest, they once had a dream"
"Belles of society, in the shells of their unity"
Cornet'n spinet
"The sound flows, follows till they're home"
Dragged by the power of dreams
That power is yet unknown

The first thing that should come to your mind is this:

I mean, hell, I actually bought the soundtrack off of iTunes. Now, admittedly, it was with a gift card, and I couldn't really find anything I liked more, but still....

Aquaria's end-credits song, Lost to the Waves

Especially amazing for an indy-game to have such a high quality ending (but then, the entire game was way high quality for a game made mainly by just two people). Oh, and if you have no idea what Aquaria is, you *need to play it* - it's an awesome "Metroidvania" for PC/Mac. Here's a trailer.

Metal Gear has great original songs with lyrics... The Best is Yet to Come, Can't Say Goodbye to Yesterday, Snake Eater, Don't be Afraid, Calling to the Night, Love Theme....

Starsailor's "Way to Fall" and Morricone's "Here's to you" fitted greatly with the themes on their respective games.

Although I have to say Heavens Divide (Peace Walker's theme) doesn't catch me very much as did Calling to the Night back in the days.
