Yeah, low 30's should be fine for pri > duo. Mos/witch are relatively cheap nowadays so if you blow up your cresent, you can always rock mos!

Oh man I am loving ranger. I don't know how I can go back to point click combat in MMOs anymore. This shit is so good.
Edit: Actually, Blade and Soul point click combat is actually pretty good, and Wildstar combat is very boring... I guess it's just good combat from Black Desert. The classes are so unique.

Blade and Soul has an amazing system, but for me I couldn't handle it because I have poor coordination. BDO has a more shallow learning curve and it's definitely my favorite "relaxing" kbm system so far.
Side note, I injured my wrist and found the bj tamer shift space combo made things worse with a standard mech keyboard. Using a one handed keyboard with a button for the space bar has been pure bliss, perfect fit for combat in this game and it feels more like using a controller.
Going on a business trip starting tomorrow until this Sunday. I'll miss you guys, especially sexy vyr!
Congrats on picking the best class. You should be able to steam roll non-ranger classes from now on.

Yep I am a ranger and while we are behind the Wars and Sorcs right now, things will change w/ awakening in two weeks. Been trying really hard to get to 60 but I have some other stuff to do this weekend so it doesn't look like its happening. At least I will get it soon after and the last bit should be easy with awakening.
Just been saving up memory frags and have my Dandelion Box ready, going for that day 1 TET!

I have a Kuno, and she's great too, but I saw that her awakening might be a long ways off.
Ranger's awakening is coming soon, and looking up about how OP it is, I had to make one.
I remember I didn't like Ranger in beta because I thought it didn't have enough AoE, but I only played a few levels of it. Now I realize it has like a million AoEs lol.

Got to level 50 in a day or so with the Ranger. Definitely see how fast it can clear compared to my Kuno. I need to fix up the gear and farm like crazy.

That outfit you can't get, but there are things like this (click "show the 3d view") or this one.

Problem with these are you need to spend real money to turn these into costumes. Otherwise when you wear them normally they remove your armor.

You can always beg Channel to sell them to you. They're not too costly at around 20 mil for a whole set. Better than buying with real money.
You can mix and match some of the outfits to get close to that look, like something with high boots mixed in with Karlstein armor. Still, nothing that looks that good with that high boot and pants.

The stuff I listed can't be sold to people that way. You need a costume coupon from the shop that can't be sold on the market.

I'm going to have to disagree on the PvP combat is fun part. PvP can be fun, but fun is far and few between. Also only have a combined score of 380 isn't really going to cut it anymore specially with a lot of people now running with PvP gems.
If you are getting into this game to just PvP you might want to look for another game. When the game is basically Gear > Level > Skill, it doesn't make for a very good PvP experience.
It wouldn't be so bad if they handled red battlefield better. But as it stands if you join with sub par gear it'll be the most boring and frustrating PvP experience you've ever had.
You can look up some node wars on youtube or twitch to check out and that might look good to you. That is something anyone in a guild can participate in. The biggest problem with node wars right now is too many nodes in the game and not enough guilds. I have no idea if they are going to merge the servers to try and spice up the node war life of this game.
I also don't want to keep banging the P2W drum mainly because you can't really "win" in this game. The costume coupon, and the fact that you can't sell everything in the pearl shop on the marketplace are the biggest offenders. The costume coupon allows you to get a combat advantage over people who do not have it and is bullshit. Would be a little better if they allowed it to be sold on the marketplace, but it is still stupid. It forces you to wear a certain costume, but if you want that advantage you gotta pay and you gotta wear it.

Well it's pretty valuable from the sound of it, but I don't think that should stop you from claiming it. Valuable as in it sounds like it has a lot of real cash paid items. I mean, if you quit, you can just pass it along to someone else.
I'm not claiming it because I have my own account, so I wouldn't be using it anyway lol.
I do think they have some IP protection on accounts, so might have to set some things up.

Topper! I missed you. Sausage is still the best grinding spot for lvl 54-55 but I think titum valley in valencia is pretty good for leveling up once you hit lvl 55.

Hey everyone, I have just started playing and have a couple of questions. I got some things as rewards (for starting to play I believe) and I'd like to know what they are. I have a couple of boxes with items for beginners, an emblem for a horse, a 7-day horse armour set and a 7-day armour set. Can I just redeem the horse right now? When should I be using the 7 day items? Immediately? Keep them for later?
Also, about the lantern. Am I supposed to keep it equipped at all times? I'm pretty sure the oil runs out either way, should I be refilling? It seems to be pretty expensive all things considered, having just started out.

1) Beginner boxes, open them and use them. Forget exactly what is in them since I think those are for the new players. I am pretty sure once you open all of them you'll have a full set of Jarette's accessories which is a really good starting set. If they are a GM lucky box you can just open those too. Don't expect much from them though, it is an RNG box that only leads to disappointment.
2) Horse emblem you have to redeem at a stable. Might as well do it as soon as you can.
3) Horse armor is whatever. 7 Days isn't going to do much for you and to be honest the cosmetic horse armor doesn't do much anyway. It buffs your horse a little bit, but nothing close to important.
4) 7 Day armor set will give you 10% EXP bonus and a couple of other small buffs that really aren't worth mentioning. Well the weapon durability buff is kind of nice, but for your level it doesn't matter. By the time you get to the point where it'll matter you'll have enough in game money to buy a costume off the Marketplace.
5) Lantern. Everyone is probably different but I almost never use mine. There are a few places in the game that can get really dark (inside + nighttime), but for the most part I just play without one.
6) Even if you don't plan on playing everyday, try to log in everyday. The login bonuses going on now are pretty great. Specially the ones at the end of the list.

The last reward of this batch is freaking Boss Gear. Thats OP. The inventory expansions were nice too.
