Not sure if its part of the Black Friday deals, but Amazon has Batman: the Animated Series marked to $15 per volume. Cheapest I've seen them in a while.

...just watch Amazon? I mean, they even have apps for phones telling who when stuff is up but I mean, if you know the time - which they tell in advance - just get the site and buy within the first 5-10 minutes. There is an indication bar telling you how many have been claimed so gauge off that.
What I'm asking is:
When something like that Vizio 40'' 1080p tv for $179 comes up on Amazon, is it going to sell out in 10 minutes, or 10 seconds? This actually makes a pretty huge difference, i.e. do I need to be at my computer early with a stopwatch refreshing my browser, or can I just set an alarm and leisurely stroll up to my computer and get the deal?
Do we have any idea which day the TV deals show up? Or do we have to be diligent in checking early and hope we don't miss it? I know they have the "upcoming" for the day but I have a feeling it will be an early morning deal that I may miss. How fast do you have to be to get the more attractive Amazon Lightning Deals? Is it like trying to get Radiohead tickets where they go on sale at 8:00:00 and are sold out at 8:00:01?
I don't have school or work for the next six days, and I can easily be at my computer when the tv deal comes up. Just need to know what I'm dealing with here.
Question regarding the Black Friday sale at Walmart. I'm gonna head down to Seattle Friday morning to do some Black Friday shopping (live in Vancouver, BC, imma Canadian!). What are the chances that I'll be able to find Forza Horizon and NBA 2K13 on the shelves still? I know the sale starts on Thursday night, 8pm... I will probably arrive at the Walmart around noon time 12pm on Friday. Slim chance?
The Adventures of Tintin lightning deal sold out in about a minute.
Some stuff doesn't even last 10 seconds. Gotta be quick.

Prior to this I barely owned any blu-rays. I wish I had seen that Lord of the Rings collection for $40, but I can probably scoop that on ebay for not much more at some point next year.

Yeah, seems likely. I'm going to stop by best buy here and try to get an idea of when I'd need to get there in the event I can't snag it on amazon. That or I'll try to find another system with similar specs like megarock.Well it wasn't yesterday, and it doesn't seem to be today. I'm hoping it'll be tomorrow, but I'm guessing it will happen on Thursday or Friday, probably at a weird hour, and it'll probably sell out in <1m.

yo they sell shoes on black friday?
i always buy tech every year, i need new shoes this year
Who has the Indiana Jones collection for $38?
I saw that in upcoming deals this morning "This 32'' HDTV something something".Amazon just posted a Coby 32'' LED tv for $147. I was checking the upcoming electronics deals all morning, and I don't remember seeing that. Unless I overlooked it somehow, that means that certain Lightning Deals get rolled out with very little warning. This makes the situation far more difficult, and makes the risk of missing one of the really good tv deals far more likely.

Torn on whether or not I want to risk the layaway route on the Thurs 8pm Wal-Mart game sales.

When's Amazon James Bond boxset deal supposed to happen?

Guys, i want to buy some dumbbell bars and a pull-up bar from Amazon. Do most things go on sale during black Friday/cyber Monday or is it only specific things? I don't know if i should just buy them now.
