Nope, you need Windows. It's all compiled for DirectX. When they started working on this there was no Source Mac support avaliable. Apparently it's not easy to port/compile or the source engine public thingy still doesn't allow access to the OpenGL / Mac stuff

It ends at the portal. They are working on Xen right now and expanding it according to the dev team.
