Mrbob said:Anyone else feel a little more satisfaction shooting at enemies when you see the damage numbers pop off them? I love that! Especially when you have an element attached to a weapon. Set someone on fire, go around a corner, and see the numbers fly. :lol

You must get the quest to do it then kill him to open it. There is only money and a quest item inside.BenjaminBirdie said:So no one's ever opened the chest in Bone Head's area?
Unbreakable definitely works, but not exactly as the description states (which I believe is an error in the description, not the intended effect...could be wrong, though).Lord Phol said:Yeh there's nothing quite as orgasmic in the gaming world as seeing the amount of punish you're dealing out depicted as a bunch of colored numbers popping up, even the font they use pleases me somehow .
Edit: A small head's up on what's not working at the moment. From what I can gather from the official forums the following talents are as of now not working: Phase Strike, Silent Resolve, Unbreakable, Pay Back, and Revive.
Hopefully it will be patched!
What chest was this?Jonsoncao said:
here is several awesome weapon I found in those red chest at the final area of playthrough 2, and I think those 2 purple CRs are much better than those crappy orange shotgun/repeater everywhere
and this proves solo indeed will drop awesome weapons
BenjaminBirdie said:So does the red message ever really mean anything or is it just for Shiggs?
Tobor said:How could anyone miss the TK Baha missions? I'm assuming you mean the second set of missions? How could those be missed?
Bonehead is doable at a a low level by hiding up on the catwalk. Bonehead never comes up after you, he just runs around the yard firing potshots.
That sniper might actually be pretty sweet. The damage is low, but it has burst fire and is accurate enough that you could get like 3 crits with one pull of the trigger.Jonsoncao said:

That Glorious Havoc is indeed glorious.
5 shot burst?! FUUUUUUUUUUUUCK that's nuts :lolJonsoncao said:in the final passage before you enter thevault
that sniper is indeed very sweet, 5 shots burst, steady and accurate, if you manage to get the first shot critical, the rest will be critical too, almost 2000+ damage for pulling the trigger once

The only place where I found quests, right now, are:
- Doctor
- One-legged man
- Mission Post Wall of the initial base
- Guy near the entrance of the Arid Badlands.
- Guy in the arena
I have 2 or 3 quests left, only, to do. Unfortunately, It don't seem to be too many sidequests in this game. Or I can't find them. The map marks another Mission Post Wall in the main area, near the main base, but I can't see it.(crystals, sledge, mine)

Spent a few hours last night rushing Skag Gully with my Fire SMG and still no 25 kills with fire weapons achievement.
Also didn't get the one for selling 50 guns and I farmedfor a LOOOOONG time this past weekend since my co-op buddy was elsewhere.OLD Haven
I almost have $9 million but still no "sell 50 guns" achievement.
WTF?

Also, how do the save points work? Which is the one that I will start my game from after I save and quit the game? Those pole-things that light up after you walk past them, what do they signify?

For multiplayer, consoles are the way to go. A terrible server browser, Gamespy/firewall issues and client-side character storage really gimps the PC version. GG Pitchford.

SuperEnemyCrab said:If you plan on playing the game over the long term and not just picking it up for a quick play through to move onto something else I would get the PC version. It may have some issues at the moment, but i'm confident the PC community and Gearbox will resolve them. Then we have all the cool mods and add-ons, etc to look forward to. Console gamers also tend to move onto the next big game right away so I expect the community on the PC to have more legs, and a greater variety of players over the long haul.
