I just wanted to mention that although the VAIO seems pretty likely, I really doubt Denny's or any of the video games in the preview are product placement. On one of the S2 commentary tracks Vince Gilligan mentions how he hates when people make up fake brands for cereal boxes on shows and how it distracts the viewer and takes them out of the scene, so he uses real brands but doesn't see any money for it since most companies don't want product placement on a show like Breaking Badbud said:that sounds very logical.
Denny's seemed like product placement to me simply because the sign looked like it was digitally inserted.dave is ok said:I just wanted to mention that although the VAIO seems pretty likely, I really doubt Denny's or any of the video games in the preview are product placement. I'm guessing the scene was at Denny's just because the restaurant was mentioned by Jesse in a previous script but there might not have been an actual Denny's available to film at. Could be completely wrong though._dementia said:Denny's seemed like product placement to me simply because the sign looked like it was digitally inserted.
Or maybe the test results for Walt's sample. The DEA might realize he's related to Heisenberg.tycoonheart said:As far as Gale's Lab Notebook goes...
We're not even sure of the content of the notebook. But I'm betting, like its been said, its nothing more than procedures and forumlae.

Yeah, that was really strange. I get the irony of him being obsessed with a different type of 'crystal' now or whatever, but it seems like a strange turn for the Hank characterFlim Flam said:Did anyone else think it was strange to see Hank showing so much interest in these geodes? Healthy Hank never would have bought into that "hippy new age" belief. I wonder if the writers are using the rocks to signify a personality change after his near-death experience.
Not sure if it's accurate, but NY Magazine did the math and came up with about 7 months.ConfusingJazz said:I was rewatching season 3 before the premiere, and I just noticed, not a lot of time has passed in this whole thing. Has it even been 6 months since they started cooking?
Really? I thought the weight gain was a S3 thing. She didn't seem bigger to me.Air said:Yesterdays episode was great. Really enjoyed it, also Skylar definitely put on some lbs. Enjoyed Gus too, and wasn't really expecting him to do what he did. Saw the preview, and am excited for next week.

I haven't seen anything yet, but AMC typically has preliminary premiere ratings up the day after they air, so they'll probably release them later today(?)_dementia said:Any idea about the number of viewers yet?

It's probably both since she does look a bit bigger.bud said:apparently, it's plastic surgery. it was posted a few pages back.
I think whatever plastic surgery/botox she had done was between Season 2 and 3. Thats when she started looking different to me. She just put on a few lbs for Season 4.bud said:apparently, it's plastic surgery. it was posted a few pages back.
AMC does this with all their shows it seems, if they can say it why can't they have it shown.Grimm Fandango said:Did anyone else watch with captions on? AMC continues to censor any word used as a bad word. Bastard becomes "b------" and even Jesus gets censored to "J----".
They did this in the past seasons but it's still annoying to see they have kept at it.
Just shit my pants laughing. Must watch.MightyHealthy said:

Did Gale's phone have Walt's contact number? If so, that and the note book could spell bad news for Walt.
You should pretend that any censoring of Jesus is a censoring of JesseGrimm Fandango said:Did anyone else watch with captions on? AMC continues to censor any word used as a bad word. Bastard becomes "b------" and even Jesus gets censored to "J----".
