This poster pulses with an appeal so broad the typical restraints of our societies fall by the wayside.
This is the first season where I won't be watching the episodes live. I got rid of cable, so I'll have to wait until the next day to buy them on Amazon Instant. :(

Luckily I won't need to do that with any other show. This is the only one that can't wait.

It's short for graphical interchange format, with a hard g.

I can't think of any other word with gi, other than words where the i is replacing an e like changing, with a soft g.

Why the fuck would it be jif?

Because the creators of the format said so. I like the hard G sound and will still call it "gif" but it's technically "jif"

Deal with it

Interesting... I hope knowing him from FNL doesn't color my impression of his work on Breaking Bad. One of the things that's worked well for me with BB is that they've used a lot of lesser known actors and actresses for a lot of the smaller parts over the years. Anyway, good to be getting some news on S5 finally.
Awesome. Glad to finally get a date up on the calendar.

It's been so long since I've felt this horrible hiatus drought with a TV show I love so much, the last one was Lost.

It never gets any easier.

Watching season 3. On the episode 'Fly.'

Walter is such a fucking asshole.

I spent the whole episode wonder whether or not Walt was going to tell Jessie he let Jane die. Boring and tense episode at the same time. Also thought Jesse was going to fall and break his neck or something. The episode was a giant boring tease.

Damn, another year wait.

So I was rewatching some episodes and noticed the episode where Hank is in his bedroom with his minerals. The scene ends with the camera panning into a little toy figure of a man riding a pig while holding onto a ladder. What symbolism in hell.

EDIT: Ah, nevermind. That pig was in one of the houses Marie was checking out. When it appeared in the scene I mentioned above it's just hinting at Marie's habits.

Also, something that blew my mind recently:

Still Cranston, dude. It's mimicry of the other guy. The scene intended you to do a double-take and say 'wait a minute, thats..'

Cranston's facial features are all clear. It's def him.
Except that it's not.

Occam's Razor. Why would they dress up Cranston like some random extra?

It is, man. They did it to humor audiences who would notice. It was even shot in such a way to make you squint. Breaking Bad actors love to fool around and dress up as each other and this is just one of those times that got a tiny bit of air time. They're goofballs. It's just a breif moment of fan service and doesn't affect the story.
