Glad to see I'm not the only one that thought Skylar (or Gilligan) was subtly poking at critics.

Anyone who thinks Skyler is a "bitch" after Walt's "Two Sorrys" I'm just going to say has problems with women. That was the emotionally ugliest thing that piece of shit Walter White has ever done. What fucking scum.

You're trying way too hard here.

So everything she's done in the past doesn't matter anymore because Walt said something in an unsympathetic way to her?

Dont get it. But it must be because I have problems with women.

Nothing she's done in the past has qualified her to begin with but if you still sympathize with Walt over her after that then my personal opinion is that that is a messed up thing to think.

I dont have to sympathize with Walt to think Skylar was a bit of a bitch.

How does that work exactly? Everything she's ever been shown doing on the show is a reaction to Walt's behavior. If you think those actions are (yuck) "bitch"-like, than do you feel like they are an unjustified reaction to Walt's behavior?

Great episode. Nothing needed to even happen after Mike's opening scene for me to love this one though. The slow burn season is starting to pick up. The wait for next week is going to be intense.

I love reading this thread the day after a show airs.

You guys are crazy that the skylar scene was way drawn out, it was meant to show how ridiculous skylar can be over details as the actual scene when they disclosed the information was "oh shit really? Cool so what else is new".

I must be the only one that has loved Jesse's subtle exposition over the past four episodes.

You're not. It's been incredible to watch.

I've enjoyed it as well.
Me too. I know a lot of other people are saying this is just a rehash of his spiral last year, but I couldn't disagree more. I'm loving Jesse's story this season.

Great episode. I don't really wanna speculate on what I think it gonna happen, I'd rather just watch it unfold, but I think it goes without saying we're in for some shit. Such an amazing show.

If they wanted Jesse dead, they would have done it already. They're driving him out for something else.

Was thinking about it last night and have some predictions:

• Being a compulsive liar herself, Marie will be the one who exposes the lie about Walt's "gambling problem"

• Hank already knows Walt is Heisenberg

• Jesse will either be saved by a rival cartel or kill Mike himself

I knew the "guy at the scene" was Victor, surprised Walt didn't pick up on that before he interrogated Jesse.
Walt didn't know Victor was there though afaik. For all he knew he picked up Jesse somewhere else afterward.

If Anna Gunn sends in this episode FYC next year, we're pretty much guaranteed a triple whammy of acting Emmys. That was just exquisite.

She'll be better off sending the IFJ scene that's bound to happen later in the season.

Amazing episode but I dont want Jesse to die. Please no.
I know it doesn't look like it, but for some reason I think that Mike is just going to get Jessie back on track. Spank is ass, if you like, and get him motivated again.

She's a compulsive thief, not a compulsive liar. Sure, she lies about it to cover it up, but that hardly makes her a compulsive liar.

• Hank already knows Walt is Heisenberg

While I don't think he knows YET, he got a few huge pieces thrown into his lap. He now knows that the White family has come into a large sum of money, so now all he need is for something to happen to poke a hole in the gambling story or some proof that Gale wasn't Heisenberg, and he'll start looking again.

• Jesse will either be saved by a rival cartel or kill Mike himself

I don't know if Mike's planning on killing him, honestly. If he was, I imagine Jesse would have been stuffed in the trunk instead of just hanging out in the passenger seat. Sure, Jesse didn't really seem like he'd be putting up much of a fight, but it's WAY out of character for Mike to take that sort of risk.

Personally, I'm leaning more towards the "grooming Jesse to act as muscle" path. He's already shown that he's at least capable of killing, and I'm wondering if Mike was impressed by the fact that he figured out the whole thing about the blindfold.

Breaking Bad does an excellent job juxtaposing comedy with tragedy or anger. Two good examples this week with the Gale video (hilarious, but sad) and the Walt / Skyler conversation (Walt's "Yay!" in the same conversation as his awful fake apology).

I lol'd.

I can understand why some people are getting impatient with Breaking Bad. There seems to be even less action than seasons past. I, however, have been loving every minute. Every single second so far I've been on the edge of my seat, heart pounding. Thank Christ for this show, it's pretty much the only thing I watch now.

I wonder if Mike or Gus's story arc will soon be ending.
I hope so. I'm getting pretty tired of Breaking Bad being the "Jesse and Walt are under Mike and Gus' Thumb Show". Pre-Gus the show was so much more.

Hahaha, I can't believe this episode is actually getting a lot of praise. Must been REALLY good then. Can't wait to watch it now tonight.

Jesse should have gotten a Travis Bickle mohawk instead. Now almost every male character in BB is bald or buzzed. Does a Gilligan have a fetish for bald guys?lol.

It's all foreshadowing to when Hank finds out about Walter and decides to join him. All the baldies are bad guys!

I actually see Hank's final resolution being either Walt having him killed or him letting Walt go.

The opening with Mike was great.

Really good episode. But I did think the scene where Walt and Skyler talking about what to say went on for far too long.

from the beginning of the show, i've always thought that when hank finds out about walt, hank will be killed. i don't think it will be walt's own doing though. i think that's just how things will end up.

of course, it's completely baseless prediction haha.

It's saddens me to see Jesse like that... and his house, dear God.

I really don't want him to die. I hope he beats the crap out of Mike.

Not in his current state he won't. He just doesn't give a shit.

Yep, unfortunately.
He wasn't even arsed about losing his money.

Any Lost-Breaking Bad fan out there?

Jesse is reminding me of Sawyer. He didn't care about dying anymore, at the beginning of season 3. I can see Jesse acting like him.

Wow, guys. Don't visit tvguide.com Breaking's Bad page. They have the synopsis for the next three episodes, and they are spoilerish.

I read it though, and it's FUCKING EXCITING.

Nah, most likely this is going to happen. The devil (Walt) will have everything taken from him. He'll be a miserable, lonely man for the rest of his life.

Breaking Bad's cinematic compositions >>>>>> ALL
Most beautiful cinematography on TV right now is a tossup between Breaking Bad and Game of Thrones.

And no matter if you actually like the show or not, Camelot has some truly stunning compositions as well.
