Junior dying would have a big impact on walt, but i dont think it would on the viewers because of how little we see of him. Jesse or Skyler (hey I know some people that use an a) will die if anyone does. Of course they all could end up dead. Hell walt called junior jesse so...

I don't think she had plastic surgery.

Really? Then wtf happened to her?

this show is good. but the fucking home drama is absolutely terrible and boring. It's absolutely uninteresting and if I didn't do it I would have stopped watching this show a long time ago.

Gus Fring was awesome. Tuco was awesome, but all the domestic inbetween with Skyler, Hank, Hank's wife's kleptomaniac bullshit blah blah. Absolutely terrible.

How many scenes do we need of them sitting down to dinner talking and eating? Fucking really?

Oh no. You're gonna miss the
awkward dinner scene

As an experiment, I'm going to guess you're younger than me, maybe late teens / early twenties, not married. The reason I guess this is because I wonder if generally the home drama is more entertaining for people in the same life stage as them.

Yup.

It's spelled skysky.

nameless coming around on skysky, it's a glorious day.

I really hope walt falls because of her. Like even if she dies, that credit card charge for the printer paper will come back and bite him.

Ha! Never denied she was a loving wife and mother(mostly). She still has childish/impulsive moments and signing off on Beneke's cooked books was beyond stupid. Her retreating to the moral high ground when ever shit gets sketchy is also annoying when she takes liberties with Walt's meth money time and again.

How about something happens to Sky and her old divorce lawyer spills? Attorney client privilege doesn't extend to dead women. I don't think.

Anyone see the Bryan Cranston Colbert interview? Any spoilers in it?

Cranston kind of spoiled the Lily of the Valley reveal for me in interviews before the S4 finale by saying the last shot is mindblowing etc...still bummed about that.

Just the fact that Bryan Cranston did voicovers on power rangers.

I thought she was pregnant in real life during like seasons 3-4, but I guess I was wrong.

Looking this up lead me to this page.

That's a pretty good article.

I remember noticing it, but not going "oh, maybe she's pregnant," but "Eh. She probably just gained weight." It happens with actors all the time. For example: Nathan Fillion.

It's not like it matters. Hell, if you wanted to put it into the context of the show - being in such a stressful environment, some people revert to terrible habits. Skyler got stressed out and started smoking again - smoking a LOT, at one point. It's entirely possible she also stopped taking care of herself and eating terribly. It didn't really impact her character in any way.

Mary McDonnell going from Season 3 to Season 4 of Battlestar? THAT was distracting. But Anna Gunn gaining weight? Didn't really affect my viewings one way or the other, really.

I've never held Skylar against Anna Gunn. I just didn't like the character...but I watched watched all of Deadwood for the first time and there she is. I really didn't care for her character in Deadwood either. To be fair it wasn't much of a character.

I have a very special bottle of champagne ready and waiting in the fridge for the day Skylar gets whacked.

Don't disappoint me, Gilligan.

I don't get skylar hate. I never got any vibe like that from her character. If it weren't for these threads id actually think people like her.

I think at this point the Skylar hate is just greatly exaggerated for fun. Lots of people never liked her for sure including myself, but if wasn't until all the Skylar fans started bringing out the "you guys are mysoginsts" argument that the Skular hate really picked up. It was just such a dumb weak argument that I think it made many just bring up how annoying Skylar is to get reactions. As you can see it works as not a page will go by without some mentioning Skylar hate.

No, it wasn't a dumb weak argument. It's a correct one. People who HATE Skyler tend to hate her for reasons directly related to the fact she's a woman, a woman who doesn't let Walt do what he wants to do.

It's not "exaggerated," it gets brought up in multiple interviews, at panels - it's not a "manufactured" thing. It's an actual thing. It didn't pick up in response to people noticing many of the complaints were misogynist in nature. If it picked up, (and I don't think it did), it picked up because more people have watched the show, and with the increase in audience, there's bound to be an increase in shitty people making shitty arguments about it online.

When the creator himself says he believes Skyler "hate" is probably, more often than not, misogynistic in nature, it's not a "manufactured" thing.

Wait, what is this? I haven't watched the 1st season in a LOOONG time, I don't remember anything about printer paper that could bite him in the ass. Can someone refresh my memory?

Especially anything more than Hank finding that book.

Also, Brian on Fallon last night was hilarious.

Walt used the wrong credit card for paper in the pilot. It's not something that would ever matter to him now. People just like to hate on Skyler for daring to keep track of finances.

I don't think Skyler or Jr. will die. When they flee Walt will probably go on his own or something. Or maybe Walt flees on his own and Skyler/Jr. join some protection program the cops offer them.

Have I ever told you how much I like your posts?

You're aware that it's a television show? She's not real. You know that, right? People hate fictional characters for far more petty reasons than holding back an antihero who makes up the main draw of his show; are you on the character assassination squads on all of their behalves too?

It's not "exaggerated," it gets brought up in multiple interviews, at panels - it's not a "manufactured" thing.

So, the Skylar hate is not exaggerated because... they talk about it in interviews? What? Aside from that not making any sense, I seem to remember many of these cast and crew interviews greatly exaggerating any and every aspect of the show in order to rile up hype and publicity, seeing as how... that's the entire reason they exist?

It's an actual thing.

AN ACTUAL THING, YOU SAY?

When the creator himself says he believes Skyler "hate" is probably, more often than not, misogynistic in nature, it's not a "manufactured" thing.

THE CREATOR HIMSELF!!! Well, holy SHIT, why didn't you say so?! I'm totally convinced. I mean, it would be one thing if it was just random strangers on the internet who were passing sweeping judgements of character on an entire class of people who hold one opinion about one character on one television show, but the creator himself? His words are truth! And his short comment alone is all the evidence I need! Thank you for showing me the light!

Man, i clicked back to the original post, just to see this guy right in the avatar.

Watching any movie or TV show must be hell, since BB is one of the faster moving ones i've seen.

the s4 ending still rubs me wrong

Walt just happens to have a highly toxic plant in his backyard

as fun as this show is it relies so much on coincidence

top page fuck I've had a few
