Ah, I kinda figured... but good to know about the custom soundtrack, thanks.Snuggler said:The licensed soundtrack is on par with most of EA's licensed soundtracks, or in other words, completely awful. However, they did patch in a classical music playlist that actually kinda fits in a weird way.
But yes, it supports custom OST's. It's the best way to play, granted you don't have shitty taste in music.

Trying to get challenges done with 8 of us idiots crashing into one another was an exercise in futility that provided some great laughs.
Any of those guys still around??
Just get a online code from amazon or gamestop.Aske said:Rage.
PSN is working, but the store won't let me add funds via my CC. For. Fuck's. Sake.
Never had this problem before; getting no error code. Just "Could not add funds to wallet, please eat a dick."
Any ideas?
Run a search for "Burnout Plus"SquirrelNuckle said:I'm not seeing it listed at $8.99 just at $30.
Yes. YES.jett said:Plz go back to making Burnout games, Criterion. Don't care about ass-controlling NFS games.

THE NO LIFE KING said:Wario64, you won this time but can someone please tell me how is the cops and robbers mode for the love of my life!!!
Is there still a active community for this mode?GraveRobberX said:It's like Capture the Flag with cars
There will be a location where Gold Bars will be placed, 2 team, red/blue, cops n' robber (DUH!)
Robbers know location of bar, 1 robber grabs bar, they will be at a -50% speed disadvantage, you will be towing the bars, your car will feel like a fucking boulder is stuck behind you
Teammates protect you by crashing into the cops who are trying to stop you from scoring
Then next round you switch, you can create custom or I think ranked is 3 out of 5 or some shot like that

Replicant said:Anyone knows what will happen to my Burnout Euro PSN save and trophies if I buy this and play it on the same account that I use to gather trophies from the Burnout Euro? Will it create a new set of trophies or will it just complete the trophies that I haven't got? What about the save? I know it won't read the Burnout Euro PSN version but will it overwrite the save?
boingball said:I replaced my Euro Burnout Disc with the Burnout Package on the US PSN store early last year. My save file was incompatible, so I had to start from the beginning. But it does not write new trophies, the trophies are shared with the EU version. The save is a new save file, the old one is still available (as far as I remember, I removed it long time ago).
GraveRobberX said:I bought it @ the $29.99 ultimate edition price, when it was released on PSN
Had platinumed it with-in a day + the Bike DLC (when trophies were first introduced, and we were told they were not retro-active), rest of DLC= too rich for my blood, was hoping for GOTY/Full Collection edition, patience paid off, I bought, hell if I bought all the DLC individually when released = close to $40-$50 alone
You can't go wrong, so much fun was had ; ;
Still can't believe 98 fucking trophies for this game, I think 99 is limit for trophies, I think lol
It's a goddamn travesty if some of you are on the fence, $8...that like missing a lunch or hell 2 starbucks cofee milkshakes
Must Buy! @ that price
I had at least 80 hours pre trophy patch and didn't hit all the objectives required for a plat. When I decided to tackle the game post patch, it took me about 17 hours, no joke. There was some messing about but you can do it even faster I would imagine.Rhazer Fusion said:Whoa. Platinum in a day? Is that even possible lol? You must have insane skills. I'll try it out. I mean the demo seemed pretty fun and $8 is nothing to me. I've always been on the fence about it because I am usually not much of an open world type gamer.

I decided to buy it as well. I have the disc version since it's original release, so i just gave the disc to my brother in law. Now, having to start over from scratch really sucks since i already have my elite license. It doesn't make any sense to make the saved games incompatible.Sye d'Burns said:Replacing US Disc with the US PSN version yields the same result. The save doesn't transfer so you begin from scratch. Your old save is preserved. PSN save has an icon that looks like a tire mark and disc looks like a license plate.
Trophies do transfer.

"Repair your car" - Bronze - 9/26/2008 3:49 AM
"Burnout Paradise Elite" - Platinum - 9/27/2008 4:50 AM
The PS3 trophies =/= XBL achievements, they are more relaxed
Hell if you buy this version, you can upload your save through your PC and get a map detailing what shit your missing
I had it do it solo, my fucking head hurt looking for those gates/billboards/locations...but got it done, my 2nd platinum ever, first was Uncharted, and 3 years later this is me ue to it:
