Well, even though my transaction (if you could call giving someone money and getting nothing in return too much of a transaction) was outside of the Paypal 45-day dispute window, I tried to do one anyway. It let me type up a 2000 character letter, only to tell me when I tried to submit it that I was unable to dispute the transaction. Figured, but thought I'd give it a try anyway.
Paypal recommends contacting the seller to work things out, which does me absolutely no fucking good.
So for the last time, I will warn people away from doing business with ReconYoda. I know a couple pages back it said it would be noted on the Feedback list, but I did not see it the last time the list got posted and I don't have the url saved anywhere.

And if anyone wants to know why I recommend you do not do business with him, here is a condensed story of what transpired that I was going to send to paypal:

I am opening this dispute because on 3 Oct 2010, I purchased a 3rd generation iPod Touch. I worked this deal out with the seller via Private Message on the website Neogaf.
This item was sent to me promptly, but due to problems with my post office, was never delivered to me. The post office told me this item had been lost. After a couple weeks, the item appeared to be delivered back to the seller. I ended up purchasing another iPod Touch in this time, due to not knowing if the original one I purchased was lost in the mail, stolen, or what. The seller offered to send the item to me again, but I explained that I had purchased another and was slated to deploy overseas shortly and could I please have my money back. He said he did not have the money, but when he could get it, he would refund me.
After another couple weeks of not hearing anything, I requested the item be sent out to me because I was tired of not having the money or the item and could give the item to my wife for Christmas. He said he would put it in the mail. After not hearing anything for a while and refusing to respond to any of my private messages to him, I warned the good people of the site Neogaf away from doing business with him.
He then responded and complained that he was getting negative feedback and stated that he had tried to ship the item again and it had been returned a second time, though I was never notified of this. He stated that he had just shipped it for a third time, but never gave me a tracking number and never directly addressed me. I then sent him a private message asking if we could work this out and to let me know what is going on and once we came to a resolution, I would inform everyone that there was no problem doing business with him.
He has never responded back to me and at the moment, I am minus $180 and minus an iPod Touch. I don't really care which I receive, but I am very frustrated that this is how someone tries to do business.
I have a logs of every message if needed.

You should file a report with your local PD's internet crimes division. There's also an FBI internet crime submission form on their web site.
