I've got an Aqua Blue 3DS - Ambassador system up for sale along with...
- $78 dollars of downloadable games + Zelda Four Swords + Ambassador games.
- Original box/paperwork/AR codes/etc.
- Very good to great condition. Screens are flawless.
- Warranty for another 5-7 months (I can verify the exact date during sale).

These things are near silent even when the fan is set to 100% and in a case with decent airflow they do an incredibly good job of keeping the card cool. I will include the stock cooler on request. Keep in mind that the thermal pads are probably lost by now and I can't guarantee all the screws will be included (trust me though, the stock fan is loud as hell).
Card #1 has a few scratches on the back of the board. I ended up having to removed a stripped screw with a drill bit. Does not effect that card one bit, though I do feel compelled to mention it.

And as suspected, I received nothing. Like I said dude, if you haven't shipped the item that's cool. Just refund me the money and I'm done dealing with you. You have to understand that, if one is paying that kind of money for a device, constant update or a tracking number so I can be here when the package arrives with be most helpful as I am never home. If you're going to list an item and not reply to pm's or provide tracking numbers for shipped numbers then your doing it all wrong.

Absolutely, it's aggravating to see a seller on here with such shady communication and terrible customer service, especially when so many of us make such an effort to keep high standards for the commerce that gets conducted here.

I was going to hold off until the end of the day to give him one last chance to get in touch with me, but I have had a very similar experience with Tank. I payed him $25 for the Alduin Statue that came with the Skyrim collector's edition on 9/18. He contacted me that day saying the he received the payment and would be shipping the statue via UPS the next day. Over 2 weeks have gone by and I haven't heard a single word from him, yet I have sent multiple PMs. I would say regardless of whether he sends the statue or not this is definitely a very negative transaction.
He had positive feedback in the thread so I had figured this was a safe bet, but now I'm wondering if he was ever the seller in any of those positive transactions. I know that this may be asking a lot, but if we could have a way of posting whether someone was the buyer or seller in the feedback list that would be amazing.
Gonna pick up the game today. (came here to see if anyone was selling a copy).
I'd love the DLC too.

Yeah. Especially if you're at two weeks. I would have done it after a week if I wasn't getting any communication from the seller.
Yeah, I just escalated the case on paypal. I don't even want the phone anymore. This is by far, the worse transaction I've been involved on here at GAF and I've done a lot of purchasing and selling myself. He should be put on the whatever list is necessary so more users don't have to deal with this.

I was curious about this too. On head-fi we've got a feedback system that designates whether a person is a buyer or a seller in every recorded transaction. This doesn't out and out prevent theft, but it gives the prospective buyer a better indication of whom they're dealing with so necessary precautions can be taken

WTB: Mint condition PAL copy of Guardian Heroes on Sega Saturn.
I'm looking for one in the best condition possible, but one that I'll still want to play (so not sealed, probably, but hit me with what you got). I notice a lot of Saturn boxes get white wear marks on the corners, so they should be at a minimum. I know this game can get a bit pricey but I'm prepared to pay a fair price for it if the condition is right.
Also I'm in New Zealand, but happy to pay for shipping. Cheers!
