Sorry only meant to update the post, but the GPU comes w/ a waterblock already installed which fetches for 65$ on its own so I think it's a pretty decent price.

So I need to dispute a transaction from paypal that i made to a member on here because I never received my items. I did it as paypal gift, and I know this guy also ripped off Korean BBQ and a few others. Do I have any recourse since it was done on GAF and not ebay?

Try personally calling Paypal to talk about the issue. I did it recently because of a guy here and it worked out. If it's your first time calling about something like that as well, just be honest and friendly, and they'll make it a dispute for you.

It seems to be some truth to the suggestion the BF4 beta runs better - more consistently - on Windows 8 than 7. Seems like a lot of half-truths, rumors, and conjecture; but there's definitely somewhat of a pattern. And I'm pretty sure he has three Titans, so he may as well eek out every bit, right? ;p

Bettery memory management and performance on OS level will lead to better results on Windows 8. Battlefield 4 will be one of many titles to take advantage of Windows 8.
