That's excellent, I'm glad he worked things out with you.I would like to make a public note that MrDaravon is issuing a full refund for the damaged statue.
Positive feedback for MrDaravon

Are you going to return the merchandise as well?
...all I'm going to say is that if there's a problem at least attempt to work things out with the other party first. Their post here was within 10 minutes of their initial PM to me (which I responded to in about 30 minutes), and I had no idea they had even posted anything in the thread until just now. Ultimately I don't feel that any of it was malicious or anything and they were a gentlemen in dealing with it via the PM's so I'm still leaving positive feedback, but let this serve as an example to try to work things out with the other party first before leaving feedback immediately.
Positive feedback for Hypoallergenic Chie.
Long story short is the statue was a very low cost item ($15) so I did not obtain insurance; also I have no idea what happened from the time I mailed it to when he got it, since I packed it very well and even in hindsight literally don't know what I could have done better (I really see no difference bubblewrap or foam paper would have made on this one). Obviously regardless of any of that it's still my responsibility since I didn't get insurance and would have issued a full refund anyway. Also not worried about getting the item back or anything since it's such low cost and would be a waste of everyone's time and money.
I also had a much longer post here but I don't want to get into it and derail the thread, all I'm going to say is that if there's a problem at least attempt to work things out with the other party first. Bumping for new page.

Positive feedback for da_stabbah. Quick payment and good communication.
I understand your disappointment, but I'd definitely recommend trying to work things out with the seller first. I'm not exactly sure, but you seem new to this thread. Neutral and Negative Feedback are huge red flags that I would hesitate to use against any seller unless the experience was absolutely horrible (e.g. the seller tried to scam you and refused to answer messages about the item) because it greatly affects sales here. It's not like eBay where 1000 Positive Feedback and 1 Negative Feedback means you're a great seller still. Here Negative and Neutral Feedback put you at the top of the feedback list in their own special categories.I apologize that I came across as negative in my initial feedback. You have been very helpful with this process, and if every seller in this thread is as such, I expect to have a good time here.
The reason I posted my initial feedback so quickly was because I had no intention of asking for a refund, partial or otherwise. I realize that that isn't the way most purchases work, but for such a low price item, I was trying to convey that it wasn't your fault it broke, I was just disappointed that it did.
In short, I was trying to leave neutral feedback, but since you provided a unsolicited refund, I have been very happy with this process and would like to stress that my opinion of you as a seller is very positive.

I am new, this was my first purchase from this thread. I will keep this information in mind for future use.
WTB:
Nvidia GeForce GTX760 or 680
8 GB of DDR3-1600 ram
How much are you looking to pay for the ram?
Honestly I haven't built a PC in about 5 years so I'm either going to low-ball the hell out of it or get screwed. $60-something?
The only thing I know is the GTX760 should be around $200-ish or a GTX680 at $300.. memory seems like it's jumped a lot recently.
