You have to jump through the hoops of creating a family account if you want to redeem a club nintendo code. However, if you just want the download code, anyone can use any number of them freely. They are identical to straight up buying the digital code from Nintendo themselves, and even give you DDP credit if you have the deluxe system.

I'd sell a download code, but I'd prefer to redeem the CN points myself. If anyone is interested, PM me.
