These were given out at E3 2005 to Nintendo Press Conference attendees, and are extremely rare & hard to find.

I don't see why we should complicate things, I've had a few transactions that ended on quite the positive note that didn't involve me directly buying an item, but instead have a friend or family member make the payment.

At the end of the day, it's basically you vouching for that particular individual. If things go south, you take the hit and vice versa.
