Ugh, bummer, my first run-in with a scammer in this thread after HUNDREDS of transactions. Anyone have any suggestions as to how I might get my money back from PayPal? If so, please PM me.

You can try to dispute it, but remember, F&F payment via PayPal is considered a gift.

It is money that you are giving to a Friend or Family member.

By PayPal ToS there is -ZERO- protection for F&F transactions. If you want protection (because you're buying from someone you don't know), you use Goods and Services and PayPal takes a fee.

Also, question - say I wanted to sell my Xbox One. Can one sell it and still keep the games and access to them for the person who buys it? I'd assume that would mean that the Gamertag would be part of the transaction and I'd just remove my credit card info from the account?

Set it as the home Xbox and you're golden.

Buyer should consider the games a bonus though because, unlike the Xbox 360 where the license stays w/the console, you could reset the home Xbox designation on the One at any time and that would revoke the buyer's ability to play those games.

So you and the buyer would have to have an agreement around that.

Yes. The hardware internals are identical. All North America and Europe units ask you to select language when you first turn it on. At least that is the case with the NES Classic and the Switch. No reason why this will be different.

Yes it will. In fact most, if not all games, don't come in their respective languages, but are in English.
