Selling some of my game collection...In the same week we found out we are pregnant, our condo association told us they are basically bankrupt and every household is contractually obligated to pay thousands to balance the budget. We need to get out of this condo and into a house to raise a kid anyway. My wife is a social worker who does suicide intervention stuff all day and child therapy in the evenings - so she already deals with too much stress, and I don't want her to also have to worry about where we will get the money for a house.
