Ebay doesn't allow selling digital codes (unless we're talking physical codes, aka the code on whatever slip it's printed on, in which case you're okay), but it's pretty easy to get around that. Not like anyone's checking. Only measure against it was like you can't include download in the title of the ad, from what I experienced. Just make it clear what you're selling so that the buyer isn't confused about anything.

Anyways, it is pretty easy to get scammed. Ebay will immediately side with the buyer simply because no digital codes are allowed. It's not like it happens often, and as long as you see others selling for a similar price (and hopefully selling), then it's not too risky. A good mindset to go about selling your digital code is to have exhausted safer methods (like Gaf's BST) and just tell yourself the code will go to waste/you would have just thrown it out.

I do want to mention that if you do get scammed, just post whatever you have on the dispute page (pics/whatever, useless as it may be) and then refund the buyer. You don't want to get a chargeback as there's a $20 fee for it for Paypal. And who knows, if the buyer makes a habit out of it, you may get paid properly down the line if Paypal notices. This happened to me when I tried to sell my Uncharted trilogy code. Got scammed, then 6 months later, had the funds deposited in my account.

I have successfully sold codes on eBay before, but I knew the risks and I honestly wouldn't trust it compared to somewhere like Gaf. Good luck though!

I'd avoid selling a digital code on eBay, especially codes that are worth a decent amount. All it takes is for someone to do a chargeback through PayPal. The buyer almost always wins any case they open through PayPal.

Speaking from experience, I sold a code last year on eBay last year. The person did a chargeback and ended up winning the case even though they sketchily closed their eBay account after initiating the chargeback.

Xbox Controller S - bought this very recently, it's in fantastic condition, practically brand new I'd argue, but I seriously fucked my console and... well, let's say I'm done with it for now and have to deal with 360 BC.

Component cables, 3rd party - these have worked great, no issues with the quality on my TV and the cable itself feels well made if that helps.

Splinter Cell - you can use this to softmod your console if you have the save files. I don't have a memory card otherwise I'd sell that too so you'd have a kit but the base game is about $5 or so, figured I'd put it up here. Complete, disc and manual are there, not platinum hits.

For prices, I'd do $20 shipped for everything, $15 shipped for the controller, $8 shipped for the cable and... well, if you NEED Splinter Cell send me an offer.

I've sold loads as well, I had someone try to chargeback last time , they were an account with only a couple of feedback normally i just cancel the orders in that case but was on phone so didnt see and sent it since it was low value. They opened an ebay case and ebay ruled in my favour since digital goods arent covered by their buyer guarantee. However, if they open a papyal case it might be different.
