I'm done trying for the double Vision Pulse kills for now. It's way worse than the bow and hard as fuck to get kills that count. Much less double kills. Someone boost it with me lol.
I do miss Momentum from AW. That game mode was just insanely fast paced and I loved it. It was the Nuketown of game modes.
Haven't tried Safeguard yet but I guess it might be similar with everyone going to one point.

Just you, abilities netting me A LOT of killsIs it just me or are the specialist abilities useless? At least in TDM they are. They all seem super weak compared to specialist weapons.

I swear, trying to get glitch kills is a struggle. It feels like you have less than 3 seconds to find someone after using it. And I still need 14 of them.
Yeah with the Vision Pulse you have to get them in some arbitrary time frame. It even doesn't count when they are still red. It seems bugged or an oversight to me.
It's not that hard if you're generally good at fps / cod and you don't rush out like a headless chicken. Hell, I'm getting scores like 14 -2 in something like search and destroythey likely:
1) know the maps well and rarely if ever head in the middle, which usually means a quick death
2) have a set up for each play style and use certain guns for certain maps
3) use the mini map as a guide to understand when spawns are likely to flip
4) patrol an area.. Camp the end of a hallway, pick up a few kills, move to the other side of an area, check the map to see where your teammates are, anticipate the other teams movements based on this and the general flow of the maps.
That's what I do anyway and I'm at a 1.3 kdr (and climbing).

I think it should stay the way it is, otherwise I can see it becoming more of a killwhoring fest than it already can be. Plus a deluge of lethal killstreaks would make that particular mode pretty miserable in my opinion.They need to up the amount of points you get from Safeguard. 10 kill streak barely resulted in a UAV.

The Dredge is absolutely monstrous. I thought the Gorgon was the most powerful LMG in the game until I used the Dredge. My mind may have been changed. Apparently even pro players are saying Dredge might be a go to weapon for competitive. The TTK is insanely quick all almost all ranges if you are accurate.

How do you guys think this game would play with more health? I know fans love low TTK for some reason, but I still dream of playing COD with MW1 TTK.
weird thing is, cod 4, w@w and mw2 had the most deadliest weapons.
with Stopping Power a lot of guns only needed 2 hits to kill.

That's because time to kill doesn't necessarily equal time to die. It might take 3 bullets for a kill, but that could translate to an insta death on the other player's end because of the shitty netcode.
Older cod games didn't have this issue.
You can still have shit netcode and shit lag comp on dedis. A dedicated server is only good for the bandwidth it can pump, not how the code is written.But with dedicated servers, is this still a problem?
