I was looking forward to a 30% off preorder sale, but at 20% off, I think I can just wait for price drops on most things.

Anyone know what's going on with KOF XIV? Amazon has a "Steelbook Launch Edition" and a regular edition SKU, both priced at $79.99. But only the regular edition is eligible for the 20% off promotion. I might just pre-order both and hope the listings get merged closer to launch.

I'm so desperate I'm considering preordering Watch Doge 2 since its 49.99. I grew to hate the last one, should I do it GAF? I promised myself no more Ubi games.

Yeah I was caught up in it as well. I had it preordered and then I remembered how disappointed I was with the last one so I cancelled.

I'm just hoping for a miracle at this point. This promo went from 33% to 30% and to now 20%. :(

33%...on $59.99 games. I still have FF15 preordered for 39.99. They carried it over to PS4 but not TLG. Last year I preordered so much though, I think I still have 6-7 unreleased games.

Yeah I grabbed Persona 5 with the 20% off. Honestly I would of probably even bought it for full price if it wasn't part of the deal. Don't think I'll be picking up anything else. I got enough of a backlog to hold me over until games eventually go on sale for a decent price.

Watch Amazon add Detroit Become Human and Nioh, only to delist them soon after, then add them again after the promos have ended.

Okay, sorry for the delay on this, went drinking with departing co-workers. Here's the list of eligible and non-eligible Amazon.ca E3 promo games. I haven't done the Best Buy games yet, and honestly I don't think I want to bother unless there's demand for it. So if you want me to also add the BB ones, let me know. Also, if any games are missing from either list, let me know that too. Note that while the $50 games are missing from the eligible list (because technically they don't qualify for 20% off except MXGP 2 for some reason), their current discount is actually BETTER than 20%.

Re: I Am Setsuna - there's no physical release on PS4 either. Digital or bust.

Question: I preordered the $49.99 Pokemon earlier at Amazon (with a bunch of other stuff) - can I just cancel the Pokemon line items and reorder them, or should I just replace that entire order?

Hey World of Final Fantasy PS4 is $20 off and qualifies for the 20%, that's a non crappy deal if you don't already have it on preorder.

Support Walmart so that they see this deal is worth their time and will keep doing it next year. Amazon is really only reactive and matches deals, so we need other retailers to push things forward

This is the big hope really. In an ideal world, Amazon would put them up first eligible for the 20% off, we preorder, then they match the Walmart price (and probably remove the other discount), but all other orders get price protection and the doubl discount.

It'd be nice if they did that for some other games like Star ocean 5 as well.

I was considering going Prime this year if Amazon stuck to 30% off. Now I have much less incentive to since I'll won't be ordering as much at only 20%
