Quoting this for emphasis. PC game pre-orders on Amazon (at least Witcher 3 and Civ: Beyond Earth) are cheaper than on FS/BB.

Can I ask why all the major multi platform titles on the X1, even with the fact that the resolutions and performance are inferior to the PS4 versions?
I'm just asking because, I was a 360 guy all last generation except for the PS3 exclusives, and this year I'm doing all my multi platforms on the PS4. I have tons of friends on Xbox Live but still trying to switch it up, but I'm debating with myself that I shouldn't, haha.
Yes, even if you select "Ship entire order when ready", they'll just ship the games as they come out.
Since I never cared for day 1 delivery, I'm going with them and free shipping. The only games I don't want to see shipped are D3 expansions and WoW expansions, I pick up the CEs at the store.

I don't know about Amazon but you can't do that on futureshop or bestbuy, you have to cancel the whole order before any ship.

I've called Future Shop in the past and asked to cancel a particular game, Forza 5 for the Xbox One to be precise.

My group of friends and I are super competitive with achievements. I feel like if I'm not playing on the xbox, I'm not getting 'credit'. Those brilliant bastards and their meaningless gamerscore...

Interesting, thanks sweetvar I haven't tried to cancel one over the phone. Never really had to cancel one, I just know there is a cancel order button that disappears after they ship any part of the online order.
Futureshop/BB is easy. Worst case you return the game sealed in store.
Amazon charges you a fee when you return a game.

I had the same issue earlier. I had to talk to a CS rep online in order for them to apply the full discount.
Oh and I got Final Fantasy XV for the One on special earlier ^_^

Alright. I barely have any trophies the last generation but they are going up now. I used to care for all the gamerscore when I was at the University but just seem to have lost the interest and the competitiveness as time went by.
Barely have time to play games anymore, even though I buy most of them. So many unwrapped games sitting idle

Ya I was adding games and at first it was showing 15% + 15% now it just shows 15% after the initial $10 off.

Yes they just did in the last 5 minutes. I had 3 games with 30% off showing, I added a game and they all went to 15%... deleted the game I added but still only 15%. EDIT: Oddly it has made it so you only get 15% off some games (Evil within shows as 0% off + the 15%)... but 30% off some of the lower priced games (Civ Beyond Earth is 15 + 15%)
But the promotion says
"Save 30% with pre-order of three or more titles, including titles announced at E3 2014"

Whatever, I'll stay with FS, seems less of a clusterfuck.
Plus, even if some games seems to have the deal at the end I don't see any 15%, like Hyrule Warrior and Mortal Kombat X.

My order came in at $178.47, so 30% off is indeed 53.54 which is what I got with the 15% + extra 15%. If it's 30%, then only applying 15% is complete bullshit and their customer service will get hammered for it.
