A new tale of the Kami awaits. Witness an epic clash between the sprit realm and mortal man, featuring traditional Japanese aesthetics.

That looked cooler than anything I've seen from either of the showcases.

Also exciting to see something new from Capcom.

Surprised me, I didn't think Capcom had anything left to announce new that wasn't going to be announced at their own showcase. But you know im super interested in this:):goog_smile_face_eyes:

This looked cool and it's good to see Capcom trying something different.

Dragons Dogma 2 is a ways away and looks fucking awesome. Its good to have something from them to tide me over

Eh, doesn't really do anything for me. But looks fine, I guess.

Still wish we would get SOMETHING new in the Mega Man franchise. Didn't have my hopes up for it or anything, but considering Mega Man 11 seemed to perform so well -- and the Battle Network collection seems like it went fucking bananas -- it's just crazy Capcom seems to be stifling the franchise.

Someone at Capcom must just fucking *hate* Inafune still.

Gorgeous, not sure what the gameplay is though. Maybe Onimusha-like?
Not sure about combat, but PR says it's a unique IP like Okami
Fend off foul creatures and lead the Spirit Stone Maiden on her path. Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess is a brand new title which upholds Capcom's legacy of original and innovative works. This labor of love follows in the tradition of truly unique titles such as Okami and Shinsekai: Into the Depths. Explore an incredible world in which traditional Japanese aesthetics are brought to stunning life by the power of RE Engine. Enjoy a unique gameplay experience blending action and strategy. Witness an epic clash between the spirit realm and mortal man.

This looks super cool - lotta Okami vibes.

I love that we're seeing more mid-budget titles like this from studios like Capcom and Squeenix. This is where the really interesting stuff is, and it's a space that hasn't meaningfully existed for a very, very long time with these types of publishers.

This looks like a concept game that Capcom would pitch to MS and since MS is desperately trying to get any Japanese content they just pay to have it on the service.

lucious lyon wtf GIF

Just focus on the big hitters Capcom
All year long people cry for new IPs, new original ideas, someone comes with one that is clearly very original and now everyone is asking for remakes and sequels, you do realize they have different games developers who want to do different things right? They are not just a machine shitting out RE Remakes every year
