Although that could just be the Japanese name... I think the American name would be Uncanny Marvel vs. Capcom 3... This is fairly likely.
Maybe this is how they get around the licensing issues with regards to patching the most broken shazbot and getting a PC port for the first time since Children of the Atom, and the first Marvel vs. Capcom game proper to receive a PC port.
If the first one happens, that's a megaton.

Capcom announced 2 new games at PAX and a GAF thread on it only reached less than 250 posts. This time gamers called them out on their BS and didn't get stupid hyped over nothing.

They mentioned re-evaluating platforms for it yesterday,Capcom probably has some input i would guess but it's a Namco game.
This has nothing to do with that because it's already announced and wouldn't be a digital only game.
