i would give anything if they brought Perfect Hair Forever back.

seriously, one of the funniest, most witty shows they've ever done.

oh yeah he totally missed aqualads episode! That one was an extremely good one.

Speaking of which the black manta young justice happy meal toy is pretty dope (one of the kids from the after school program i work in had one)

It's easily in the league of JLU already. It's been brilliant and the "dumbed down for kids" has no merit. Plus you think Aqualad, the breakout character everyone else seems to love is bland. That's just odd. His episode was the best of the bunch so far and pulled out all the Aquaman lore like they wrote it and loved it themselves.
No. I think you need watch the Cadmus arc again. YJ is solid and improving but it's not JLU level yet. I wouldn't even call it S:TAS level yet.

We're already past that arc. It's easily in JLU territory now. In fact, the Atlantis and Dr Fate eps are better than most of the JLU run.

I mean the cadmus arc in JLU. Nothing in YJ has reached that level of complexity that was in that plot, nor have the characters, main or side been used as well as say The Question was. The Atlantis episode was great, the fate episode was boring, and overall the show so far has just been solid. Not great.

Wasn't there a finale with Beast Boy and Terra?

In the last episode they aired, Beast Boy found a girl who was just like Terra but she didn't have any of Terra's memories. The show ended before we ever found out if it was her or what the hell was going on with that. Idk, it's been a while since I saw it, but I seem to remember the show just ending without any explanation and I assumed it was cancelled.

Totally disagree. The Cadmus arc was great. I've watched it more times than I can tell you, but there were so many filler eps in JLU. Good filler eps, but pretty much just let's see what charas we can stick together for one ep.

Nothing about the Fate episode was boring. It showed that they understand the DCU better than any animated show including the JLU, which was the pinnacle.

Let's just agree that JLU was fuckawesome.

I thought it ended with a movie?

I posted this in the questions thread, but no responses so hopefully you Cartoon Network viewers can help me.

So, I came across these unreleased Cartoon Network promo toys in a thrift store. I was able to identify most of the characters after some research but these 5 have alluded me. Any help into their names and shows they are on would be great. Thanks in advance.

It was a show that basically said, "There will be others that look just like this, but have nothing to do with it. Learn to let the past go."

It's really sad when you think about it.

Same here, but that isn't the Camp Lazlo artstyle.

Am I crazy or did I see like 4 or 5 Batman themed shows?

Aardman Animation are doing the stop motion Batman shorts IIRC.

And I think someone told me that Traveller's Tales themselves are doing the CG LEGO Batman shorts.

That Teen Titans short was so disappointing. Like 15 seconds altogether. And here I was hoping we were on the brink of a revival.

Besides Young Justice >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Teen Titans.
You can't really compare them. Young Justice is DCAU style, Teen Titans does something completely different.

I'm really not. I like what YJ brings to the table more. If Teen Titans aired alongside YJ I think TT's ratings would take a hit. I don't dislike the show, it's just when you stack it up against Young Justice... eh.

fix'd

One is a team of annoying whiny angst teen version of adult supre heros who spend most of there time whinying and being emo and no matter what they do, even if the good guys beat the bad guys the evil light team wins
young justice.

The other has a great cast of characters who are really fun to watch interact with each other and has beast boy & cyborg which the other does not.

Anime's no longer popular (or even on Cartoon Network in any large degree) so a new TT show would definitely depart from the art style used in the last one.

the titans were whiny as shit balls of angst as well. the writing and art styles are the major difference between the two, and at the moment, young justice is a quite a bit stronger in both regards. if you want a lighter series, then you pick the titans. if you want a bit more depth, then yj is your goal.

and legion is better than the titans is.

once again, the joker shouldnt be allowed to be that cute. ever.

Where we watching the same show? Teen Titans is leagues better than Young Justice and Connor has more than enough angst then the entire cast of TT.
