Fun episode, but then they've all been fun episodes this season. Getting Castle and Beckett together is working out even better than I could have ever hoped. They're not dragging out people finding out, and using the revelations for great comedy. Loved Ryan on the phone as he knowingly tortured Caskett. When does Esposito find out?
The preview looked great. Too bad there's an extra week wait.

Agreed. What makes Castle so great is not the case or the format or anything, but the character interactions! So awesome!!

absolutely - i can't think of another show that got better after having the main characters sleep with each other. i really wasn't expecting the last 4 episodes... job well done, writers.

I think it would be really funny if they finally snap in one of the 'we figured out who the killer is' scenes and start making out in the precinct, totally blowing their cover.
They even almost had that scene in the previous episode but realized what they were doing.
Show is almost in a romantic comedy mode in some scenes. It's weird, but awesome.

I've watched the interrogation and following phone call far more times than I'd care to admit.
Not bad for a character I still didn't know the name of by the end of the first season.

The only other show I can think of was Chuck, which got marginally better after they threw the whole relationship drama out and let them be a couple.

When season 2 ended, that was all that needed to be done for everything, the arc and the relationship, Chuck got the girl, end of.

The problem with Chuck was that they almost hooked up at the end of season 2, then undid all the good will by putting up so many artificial roadblocks for a half a season. But once they just said "they are together." it got better.

Loved that episode. So fun. I love all these fun episodes. Ryan's interrogation scene was so damned funny, I loved it. Brady was a funny character, I wouldn't mind seeing him again down the line. Loved the Caskett interplay in this episode. Scene at the end, HOLY CRAP. That was hotter than most pornos.

As inventive as the writers are for this show I would have appreciated a better ending than that. So tired of the bad guy getting away like that.

Yeah, I predicted it once the frame-up started. Pretty awesome continuation considering the previous episode with him aired two years ago. That's the one thing I like about this show, they keep their continuity straight.

I was expecting an open-endedness to it, especially since he's one of the few bad guys that "got away" initially that isn't related to Beckett's mom. He's Castle's recurring foil while Beckett deals with the conspiracy.
Pretty decent episode. Nice to have an episode back to its roots, a little more serious, solving a mystery, undoing a frame job, lil less emphasis on the romance. Of all the things that Beckett would believe in Castle for, including a frame job, she refused to believe that Castle could envision the killer was still alive... that sorta threw me for a bit of a loop

Here in CT, it has been all news. No shows, no late night talk either. Will watch this soon...somehow. We were fortunate to not lose power here, but a few scares with the apartment building creaking during some wind gusts.

Watched it. Good episode, and a nice dramatic change of pace from the lightheartedness of the other episodes.
