This guy have ridiculous expectation if he was expecting top performing cyberpunk 2077 game on base ps4 xbox one
I already know the game will be dogshit on ps4 xbox one ( prob less shitty on pro or one x)
If he really want to play it now then get it on PC or wait for nextgen version

Apparently CDPR was talking out of their asses when they promised refunds.
They obviously didn't even talk to Sony and Microsoft about refund policies or special exceptions for this game before promising a refund to consumers. Just damage control on their part that is now backfiring.Does CDPR own Sony and Microsoft and respective platforms?
Yeah about that, why is the cutoff in 6 days?
IGN is just trying to save face, they give great bug free games 6-7, acknowledges a tonne of problems with Cyberpunk but gave it a 10, the reviewer said the side missions are great and the choices impactful, yet people make choices and the game disregards it anyway. He never highlighted the poor interactivity, ai and physics. He spoke about numerous bugs that break immersion and still gave it a 9....The same IGN that gave the game a 9?

It's dropping below 20 FPS in fairly basic indoor areas during combat while looking like ass. That's not about last-gen being under powered for the game.Lmao what a joke of a company. They should've come clean and just cancelled the PS4/Xbox One versions. There was no way this game could run on 2012 tech. Glad I cancelled my preorder. They shipped a broken product and are only apologizing because they got called out. What is this, Bethesda..? I'll buy in 2 years from now for $5 when it has nextgen patch on PS5.
Who's imposing the cut-off period? Source?
We lied and deceived you, scammed you and got your money, but hey we're sorry just wait for updates next year
and fools will fall for it

This is in reference to the last line in the apology/refund image from CDPR.
Yeah about that, why is the cutoff in 6 days?
So after the 21st you can't even get CDPR to help you get a refund when Sony and Microsoft say no. Why the cutoff and why is that ok?Yes, sorry, I thought he meant something else.
The December 21st deadline applies to people contacting them. They will help you with the refund process if you contact them in the next 7 days. I, for one, think 7 days is a reasonable time frame.
Exactly, their apology was nothing more than damage control. Sony was already allowing some refunds before the apology and neither company has altered their normal refund policy for this game. You would think CDPR would reach out to Sony, Microsoft and Valve (as well as large retail outlets) to create an refund exception for this game BEFORE telling consumers they can get a refund if they aren't happy.Contacted PSN and CDPR numerous times now via email and no response from either of them.
Safe to say I'm not getting refunded at all for this broken game. Sony and CDPR can go suck a fat one.

Ill watch the IGN video after dinner.
Some people have brought up maybe the last gen versions were outsourced to a contractor to do. You never know. Might be true. The difference in quality is staggering. Ya, last gen systems are weak, but it looks abnormally bad.
The moment a game you pre order gets delayed not once not twice but several times its safe to say something smell fishy like a bad pussy.Agreed.
It's also my own fault for pre-ordering based on hype. Should have waited another day at least. Someone at my work ordered phyiscal copy and God saved him from this shit show of a game when delivery was late by 2 days. So he had a chance to cancel his order. Lucky fucker.
Meanwhile I'm stuck with this glitchy bugfest for all eternity.

So after the 21st you can't even get CDPR to help you get a refund when Sony and Microsoft say no. Why the cutoff and why is that ok?
Because they don't want you to get a refund. If you bought somebody this as a gift for Christmas, you won't be able to return it.So after the 21st you can't even get CDPR to help you get a refund when Sony and Microsoft say no. Why the cutoff and why is that ok?
Yesterday a few people were calling for the demise of the stock. Warsaw Stock Exchange says hi. Evidently, it doesn't mean it cannot crash and burn as early as tomorrow morning. But it reinforces the point the market is a bit more dynamic than a snapshot conveys.
Preposterous demands? Like working it out with Sony, Microsoft, Valve and large retailers BEFORE you tell customers to seek a refund? You have already been given an answer. You want to argue preposterous demands, be my guest CD Projekt RED screwed up. No ifs and buts about it. Yet it's not open season on them, is it? Limitless refunds are not suddenly becoming the norm, are they? And you might want to check your calendar. Maybe it's holiday season. Maybe whole swaths of developers go on holiday.
I wouldn't know.
But go ahead. Be my guest.
Imagine wasting development time because of thisThey promised that this game would not be censored and their post was "we don't fuck around" but come to find it they DID censor the game:
So you heard it here, people bathe in their underwear these days. What's the point of Genital creation options if you never see them? Why is there even a censor mode option in the settings built in if they are just going to do this?

TLOU 2 was VERY polished despite being delayed. Also FF VII RThe moment a game you pre order gets delayed not once not twice but several times its safe to say something smell fishy like a bad pussy.
Always cancel preorder if game gets delayed.
Always
Skończ pierdolić.CDPR just shot themselves in the foot.
I don't know how much the rest of you know about Polish culture (I'm an expert), but honor and shame are huge parts of it. It's not like it is in America where you can become successful by being an asshole. If you screw someone over in Poland, you bring shame to yourself, and the only way to get rid of that shame is repentance.
What this means is the polish public, after hearing about this, is not going to want to purchase Cyberpunk for either system, nor will they purchase any of CDPR's games. This is HUGE. You can laugh all you want, but CDPR has alienated an entire market with this move.
CDPR, publicly apologize and cancel Cyberpunk for last-gen or you can kiss your business goodbye.
Preposterous demands? Like working it out with Sony, Microsoft, Valve and large retailers BEFORE you tell customers to seek a refund?
Preposterous demands? Like wondering why the are only giving people 6 more days to get their help for a refund they said customers are entitled to but are not able to get?
As for the developers going on holiday vacation, are developers also customer service? Is sounds to me like no amount of emailing CDPR will help customers get a refund anyway.
Worth even playing it on ps5 right now?
Yeah about that, why is the cutoff in 6 days?
CDPR is ran by a bunch of snakes.
Their refund comment says as much, because they know accounts get banned doing chargebacks. If you reach out and Sony/Microsoft deny you, there's nothing you can do. Telling fans to refund it without a proper means of owning up to your mistake and clearing a path for that is pussy shit. All they hope for is that people aren't smart or ballsy enough to do anything en masse before the holidays. The COVID anecdote is hilarious, because they spent an entire generation knowing the specs of the PS4/XB1 and developing for it. QA testers have been implemented for however long, yet the game was so behind, due to COVID? Fuck out of here. They could pawn this shit off on dumbass "gamers" and hypebeasts, but they got caught with the general consumers.
If you respect yourself, see CDPR in the same light as EA, 2K, etc. They just tried to use whatever good will and PR they had to manipulate you into buying this shit. If they get away with this, gaming just becomes worse in the long run
They're likely all going on Holiday until January. It's why they're frantically rushing to put as big a patch as they possibly can by this weekend, since they won't be able to ship another patch until later in January.Yeah about that, why is the cutoff in 6 days?
Any criticism about CD Projekt has the same play with that poster: admits the game/company has issues generically and then go progressively more and more aggressive if you dare go beyond the "oh they screwed up, but who does not, it will be alright" point which is the PR angle the company is shilling around.
They knew the software they released, in the conference call they did not even pledged to improve the current generation console versions that much beyond removing the worst game breaking issues, and they admitted they held the versions from the press because they were far far from ready. At that point they are expected to negotiate refunds with MS and Sony before trying to look good and set up a helpmerefund hotline and urging disappointed customers to seek refunds.

Thanks for the link. Is this the video:
Apparently CDPR was talking out of their asses when they promised refunds.
Its not CDPR fault that Microsoft and Sony doesn't want to cooperate with the refund.
If you buy it on Steam or GOG, you will have much lesser, if not no issue getting refund.

But it is CDPR's fault that the game performs so poorly on consoles and was intentionally hidden from buyers prior to release that there needs to be refunds in the first place.
Sure, and CDPR is willing to proceed with the refund. The ball is in Sony/Microsoft court for the refund on consoles.
No, it's actually in CDPR's court.
Sony and MS have a strict refund policy. And CDPR posting "Everyone who wants a refund will get one" won't change that - they need to get in contact with Sony and MS and ensure no refund request will be declined due to general policies.
