I'm happy for her and everything but I think I prefferred when she was big (and i'm not a fat lover). She just looks so odd slim.

How do you know?

Its not a question of possibility since if someone was dedicated enough to spend that much time working out and was that strict with their diet I am sure they could pull it off but if you give a celebrity that option or the much easier option I guarantee you they are going to use the easy option.

I have worked out all my life and stayed in pretty good shape. About 3 years ago a workout partner of mine really wanted to try out steroids so we documented his progress. He started with a beginner cycle(I think it was 7 weeks of testosterone) and 4 weeks of Dianabol plus he did a kickstart. His plan was to do the beginner cycle and two more cycles.(On a side note I had no idea how expensive this stuff could be). Anyway off he went. Now it needs to be mentioned in our workouts I was always the driving force for both of us. I was the one pushing for more reps more weights. I was the one calling him a hour before working out to get him to meet me on time, I am sure you know the dynamic. That said I could not fathom the progress he made in such a short amount of time. I have always out-benched him by a plate. Before he was even done with the beginner cycle he was lifting 10lbs then 25lbs more than me! Not only that he was getting a lot more ripped muscle(especially in his lats and delts). It wasn't long before he was noticeably bigger than me. He achieved all of this with workouts that were about 1/2 as intense as mine would be. He loved long rest periods(drinking fountain, chatting with people) but it didn't matter he was eclipsing me in every way. Obviously I am not saying people that use steroids don't workout hard but using them definitely gives you a huge advantage and lets you get away with a lot. About 2 weeks into his first cycle after the beginner course though he really started to break out all over his back and it just wasn't worth the gains he was making to all of sudden have acne so he stopped. Now this is what makes me never want to do steroids. Almost all of his gains slowly went away. I am sure if he had amped up his intensity in those weeks he could have held on to some of them but they slowly came off. He missed a week of training and I couldn't believe when I next saw him how much he had reverted back to his old body size. Anyway long, rambling story but basically my experience with the "juice".

Did he stop without doing PCT? As if he did losing his gains is inevitable.

I've been on courses of pot hormones and had to stop due to illness and I've never lost my gains with a good PCT plan

Ok dropped a few pounds, but nothing extreme.

Gervais has been with Jane since way back at Uni, so about what? 20+ years together. She was the "successful" one as well for most of it, being a TV producer and writer iirc.

Josh Peck. I don't know if he's been in anything since Drake and Josh though. If he has, I didn't recognize him because he no longer looks like "that fat kid from snow day".

Jodie Marsh is fucking gross. Dumb face, dumb tats, dumb giant implants, dumb physique. I don't get any appeal she might have.

51 years old (1997).

Isn't that kind of cheating? Using that picture I mean. It's a well established fact that he gained all that weight on purpose for just that role. He was still muscular before it, and after it.

I like this story because it's a good piece of anecdotal evidence on how anabolic steroids or prohormones don't guarantee long term results. You have to put the work in, and and make your training and diet a lifestyle rather than using the drugs as a crutch. Just like buying a Tapout shirt doesn't make you an MMA badass or buying an NSX makes you a race car driver, anabolic steroids don't automatically give you superhuman strength or size.

I opened the thread and saw the Dave Chappelle pics. Then I noticed 'Dr. Dre' written just above them and I realized that the pictures were supposed to be Dr. Dre.

But...but he looks exactly like Chappelle!

It hit me like a mac truck: Oh god, I'm a racist piece of shit who sees all black people as the same. When did this happen???

Then I scrolled down and saw that it really is Chappelle and that the Dr. Dre pics aren't showing up.

Fuck you and your broken images, OP.

I'm not going to lie this is literally the exact thing that happened to me.

Gosling was cast in The Lovely Bones. He showed up to the shoot 20-30 lbs overweight and with a nasty beard. Nobody informed him to do any of that shit. He was fired and replaced with Marky Mark. It's almost as though he realized he was hilariously young to be playing the main characters father and sabotaged himself.

That's hilarious. Fat Gosling would have done better job. :/

As far as I know he stopped cold turkey. I am sure that would have definitely helped.
