I googled Jodie Marsh and judging from her other pics, i'd say that she looks better pre-body building.
I'm betting he just has no control of his eating habits. nomnomnomI gotta be honest, Jonah Hills recent weight... issues... have been rather intriguing to me. He was a fatty back when he did Super Bad but nothing shocking, but then he started hitting critical mass with Moneyball and The Sitter, then almost turned skinny with 21 Jump Street then, before that movie even comes out, he's up and getting fat again.

Anything to get an edge, huh? So I guess darker skinned people have an advantage? The tan is bottled, and it's to show muscularity under stage lights.
Wait... Let me guess... Hair, nose, lips, and chest? And why is she holding her tits down in every picture that's been posted of her pre-poop color? Forgot to tape?![]()
There's something about her that doesn't look quite natural.

Weird storyI'm betting he just has no control of his eating habits. nomnomnom
To be honest, Jonah Hill (and his character actor niche) annoys me....
She looked so much better before.Leann Rimes
So it's a competition to see who can get the darkest. They pile it on too. I suppose you could say they have an advantage, but it's not like they're less shiny on stage than your light skin folks.
EDIT: Uh, I haven't read anywhere that humans with a racial background of darker skin have an easier time putting on lean muscle mass.
That makes sense. Unless the lights were dark brown, then they wouldn't need to slather as much on.Generally yes, if you're pale and don't tan you're just going to look like a blob of white under the lights.
Someone is a roid user...
It really is. The amazing thing is he did this more than once, and practically back-to-back.

Ethan Suplee.
Did you overlook everyone preferring sea-cow Leann Rimes? You gotta love Deepseededinsecurity-GAF.
Anyone who works out and has muscles = TEH STEROIDS
Anyone who isn't twig-like and doesn't weigh less than 95 pounds = TEH SEA-COW
I guess this one is obvious:

Pretty amazing, isn't it?
I think the cracked article, that it's from, goes into detail about his training and diet, for anyone interested.

No mention of Drew Carey?

Steroid abuse is bad, there are medical reasons why people use steroids, it's well known that mild androgenic steroids are given to ill patients to protect against muscle wastage.
I'm not defending or proposing steroids, I'm just defending the fact that the majority of people know fuck all about it, never known anyone personally to use it and talk down on people that have used it and discredit any results they got from it. People always go on about side effects but need to know that once cycle or careful use of steroids can be beneficial to your goals with the right PCT and additional support supps
But anyway
I have no idea who Docpan is...
A tan in general looks nice, they just overdo it. Much like they do with their muscles, bodybuilders are not big on moderation.
:EDIT
And yeah it tends to just be stuff they slather on for a show.
I've been working my ass off for a year in the gym and have had great gains, but I'll admit right now if I had the knowledge to do it right, I'd do a cycle or 2 of something in order to see some extra progress for a bit. I can't figure out why people hate on the idea so much, as if all the work you do means nothing if you choose to boost your bodies default.
I simply don't have enough knowledge to get said materials and do so in a safe manner, so all natural I will remain, but someone using such means shouldn't have their results instantly discredited.
I was in the same boat as you.
I still haven't taken though due to work purposes, I don't think we get drug tested but due to my size people think I am on steroids anyway, if I use them I'll be TOO big.
But anyway I've done research over the past 2 years, know the ins and outs, side effects, etc. All the info is out there, but takes a lot of reading. I can point you in the right direction to do your home work though

That's her without the tan juice.....
Yeah the issue is more of a "I know the info is there, but there's so much info that it's going to take ages to even sift through to the accurate stuff", if my experience reading up on shit like toning is any indication on the level of misinformation out there.
I get that body building women pretty much lose all their breast fat and need implants, but why go for D cups? It looks so out of place and not at all attractive. Might as well cut a grapefruit in half and stick it in there.![]()

Christian Bale's transformations (big to small / small to big) involved drugs. Those guys in the movie 300 weren't clean either.
