I have only ever pre-ordered once from Zavvi and I received it on the release day, which was a surprise.

Speaking of Zavvi....I have Ninja Gaiden 3 Razors Edge preordered from Zavvi and yet they insist the game releases at May XD even when I sent them Nintendo's official twitter saying it released on Friday.

By the time it "releases" on May prices should be down so I'll let Zavvi play their dumbass game for now XD and then cancel when prices reach around £32, around the price I preordered from them.
 
I ordered the Elder Scrolls Bundle from GAME three hours ago and it still is sat at unshipped even though it is a download? Is the service just terrible and I am just too used to Amazon US and GMG with instant orders or has something gone wrong?

If that does end up being the cheapest, word of warning that you likely won't get it on release day. I've ordered 360 games from them twice and neither arrived on release, but rather sometime the week after. Their site isn't really setup for physical stuff either so they barely notify you that it's even on its way.

Marvel vs Capcom 3, Street Fighter 4, Resi 6, Lost Planet 2, and RE Raccon City all dropped very fast within a month of release. Dragon's Dogma and Asura's Wrath dropped too - albeit a bit slower.

DmC looks like a game that will be over produced, but wont sell as much as Capcom think, and shops should be selling them for at least £24 come the end of the month to shift stock
 
ShopTo have Flingsmash for £30 which comes bundled with a black wiimote plus which is arguably a 'deal as its a game with the wiimote.

Failing that, you can go to cash converters or something where they're probably overloaded with second hand wiimotes.

EDIT:
I mention its a black wiimote plus as Id guess you guys have WiiU premiums.
 
We get a fair amount of brand new Wii Remotes traded in the GAME where I work. I picked up a Black WM+ remote for £15 the other day, hadn't even been taken out of the packaging. Even when we don't get brand new ones in a lot of the WM+ remotes that come in from the 'Wii Fit Machine' crowd are in pretty good condition. It wouldn't be worth going out of your way to check but if your passing by a GAME when it's not to busy then it may be worth asking them to check for the good quality preowned ones.
 
Nice, bought the Tales of Graces f SE, first thing I bought off zavvi in seven months. Since when does the Hut group offer free shipping to mainland europe?
 
Haven't played a Tales game since PsOne, but the Special Edition looks really nice and my wife had told me not to buy any more games.
So I thought, why not?

Incidentally, has anyone ever bought a large item from The Hut/Zavvi/Sendit before? I'm curious as to what delivery service they use. Just hoping it's not Yodel...

Zavvi sent my 3DS XL with DPD next day.
 
I get paid tomorrow so can someone tell me where's the cheapest to get the below:-

A) Wii U - has to be white as I don't like the look of the black console.

B) Vita - wifi model, and it absolutely is not to feature the Call of Duty game or mention of it on the box.

I wish more sites used DPD for courier deliveries. Play sent my Vita with them, and ShopTo use them. Never had a problem with them and they even specify an hour-long delivery slot. Had no shortage of problems with Yodel through Amazon.
 
Does anyone know how to contact Shopto without having to call or write a letter? I just ordered a game and specifically chose normal shipment (£3), yet i got charged for signed-for shipping (£6). I remember them having some question form on their website before, but i cant find it now.

Ordered the "limited" version of Metal Gear Solid HD Collection and they used Royal Mail Special Delivery before 12. Was very well packed considering a lot of people complained about the state theirs turned up in.

They used to have a dedicated number but last time I had a problem with them I had to open a support ticket and wait for them to reply. Should be in the Account section. Quite quick but not ideal.

I really doubt they'll be getting any more from any supplier, it's not like the day 1 edition is made any more.

I ordered a few days ago when it first went up so I expect a copy, I wouldn't be so sure today :(

Hey Zeno, have you had any lip-sync problems? The streams work fine for me on iPad, but on my Xbox 360 the audio noticeably doesn't match the video - and it gets worse and worse the longer I play something for. From looking at the Now TV forums it seems like a lot of people have the same issue. It's a shame as the service looks pretty good (though obviously not worth the £15 a month it eventually becomes).

I figured the same, I ordered one back when it first came in stock.

But it's gonna take a while for it to arrive, so in case you get your soon please let us know if it the special edition or zavii is taking the piss.
