What does UK adapter included mean on the Wii controller?
Does the Pro use batteries or is it rechargeable?
It uses a built-in rechargeable battery, I guess there is a charging cable included: Mini-USB to USB. And USB will be plugged into a charger, then a wall socket. I bought a used Pro Controller without the cable so I am not sure. I have a Mini-USB to USB cable lying around and use the charger with USB port from my smartphone.

I received my Pandora Tower game from Blockbuster today. Box was fine condition but the manual had been folded in half and there was scuffs on the disc. Not really acceptable for "new" condition at all but it was a tenner so I ain't complaining too much.

Yeah the Wii U Pro Controller just has the controller and a six foot Micro USB to USB cable for charging.

Ah crap I just read you can't use the Pro controller to play Wii games. WTF Nintendo? What a joke! Unbelievable that you need 5 different controllers (Wiimote/Nunchuck/Classic/Pro/Gamepad) to play on WiiU/Wii games. No wonder people are so confused over the system :/

Well it's your choice, gamepad or Pro controller. Some games demand Gamepad.
I'd also suggest checking the US eBay as I picked a code up for $22, worked out at £14.83 or something, cheaper than anywhere else in the UK.
Shame about flubit, was really pleased with my Pikmin 3 and New Super Luigi U preorders.

If getting the game by release date is the absolute most important factor in your purchase, then always always use shopto.
Price is the most important factor for me right now with speed of delivery an added bonus. I want to get Xillia and amazon have it for 34 whereas shopto is 42.85. I can wait, thanks anyway
I think it's very deliberate on Flubit's part. From their latest blog post:

I usually do ShopTo for pre-orders, but about 2-3 weeks ago I changed my Xilia pre-order to Amazon due to the price difference. If I had kept it with SjopTo I'd have received the game today, but now I'm still waiting on Amazon to dispatch the game, although I was still using the Prime trial for release day delivery, so I guess they will dispatch it tomorrow and I'll receive it on Friday.

Nice thing I learned yesterday is Civ V is a steamplay game, meaning that yes it's the mac version on sale, but you will gain access to both mac and pc versions of the game upon redemption on steam. Mindblowing, but true.

I'm not sure if this applies to you but the hut seemed to have recently changed their cancellation policy. So if you've pre-ordered all those in the same order and want to cancel even one of those, you would lose your discount on the whole order. Happened to me which sucks.

I've just been sent a 10% off code for Zavvi. I can't access the site from work, but can anyone tell me how much they're charging for Killzone Mercenary? I assume I can use it on pre-orders.
Killzone Merc is 40.95 or £32.98.
No idea whether the 10% voucher works on that.

everyone keeps raving about 101 I might as well try it
so I email them and they reply
they want me to post them a bill with my name on it , jesus Christ
on amazon you can cancel anytime you want yourself easily
im not gonna keep my order first and only order (I think) I did save 45 euro
im gonna let it go and let see how fast they are at delivery

That is rather odd. Did you try cancelling through the website rather than email?
Like I said though, cancelling one item may forfeit you whole order discount.
On the side of delivering, thehut have definitely gone downhill. I have Tales of Xillia ordered from them. It's out tomorrow but the order status is "awaiting stock pick". So if I'm lucky I might get it Monday/Tuesday. I'm not too fussed about missing launch day but it still sucks!
