Tvline fails my bad sorry. Really hate shows that start up late, NBC better promote the shit out of this so I don't forget.

Full NBC summary for episode 5.01, “Chuck vs. the Zoom”:
AS CHUCK BEGINS LIFE AS A SPY-FOR-HIRE, HE MUST ADJUST TO HIS NEW BUSINESS, NEW THREATS, AND A NEW INTERSECT — HIS BEST FRIEND MORGAN GRIMES – MARK HAMILL AND CRAIG KILBORN GUEST STAR—Without the Intersect in his head or the support of the CIA, the world of espionage is a much more dangerous place for Chuck Bartowski (Zachary Levi) and his team of freelance spies. To start, Carmichael Industries takes on a slick, rich thief named Jean Claude (guest star Mark Hamill), and a conniving investor, Roger Bale (guest star Craig Kilborn), who has stolen money from some of the world’s most dangerous people. Meanwhile, Morgan (Joshua Gomez) helps Chuck with a special surprise for Sarah (Yvonne Strahovski). Back in the Buy More, Jeff (Scot Krinsky) and Lester (Vik Sahay) have taken things to another level with their latest scheme. Sarah Lancaster and Adam Baldwin also star.

We're three weeks away from the S5 premiere.
Just kidding:

- NBC moves 'Chuck,' 'Grimm' premiere dates back a week

Remember how yesterday - while reporting news of Stan Lee's guest appearance - I reminded you folks that the fifth and final season of "Chuck" would be debuting on Friday, Oct. 21? Well, adjust your viewing calendars by a week, as NBC has pushed the premiere for both "Chuck" and the fairy tale-themed cop drama "Grimm" back one week, so both will debut on Oct. 28 at 8 and 9 p.m., respectively.

Given what a mess some of NBC's other nights have been, I had started to wonder if perhaps the network might deploy "Chuck" - which has a small but relatively consistent audience - on a different night (Wednesday, maybe?) to stop the bleeding there. Instead, they're still set to be on Fridays, with the move apparently being made to make it easier to promote the "Grimm" premiere closer to Halloween. (All four of NBC's Thursday comedies will be airing Halloween-themed episodes the night before.)

So Chuck, Sarah, Casey, Morgan and company will still be back - just a few days later than originally planned.

This is a caveman I can get behind. Among other things.

Heh, I enjoy how we spoiler stuff here, yet on my Facebook feed the Chuck page has the story as the title with a picture of the guest star. Good thing that sort of stuff doesn't bother me.

Actually the one thing that bugged me is that even though we are getting a half season, they are still breaking it in two with a winter break. I realize that it was becoming obvious with the season kept getting knocked back, but I was sort of hoping that just meant there would be double episodes some nights.

More very minor spoilers:

Jason in Canton, Ohio: Chuck final season scoop?

Just prepare to stick around the Buy More a lot this season. “We are going back to basics, so we’re going to be at the Buy More a lot this season,” Mark Christopher Lawrence tells us. Chuck owns it so now, so we’re there instead of all over the world fighting crime and spies and all that. We’re going to bring it right home.” Appropriate for the last season of Chuck, wouldn’t you agree?

Friday nights mean that I won't be catching a single episode of Chuck live this season. Shame. :-/

Same here... thankfully my DVR will have it waiting for me on Saturday morning.

Season 4 Ending (do we still gotta use spoiler tags?):

It really bums me out that we're gonna start the final season with Morgan being the intersect. I'm down for Chuck becoming a real spy (kung fu and all) without the intersect, but Morgan being the intersect seems silly. And I thought Chuck was special? Like the intersect could only be applied to people with special brains? Now everyone seems to be able to use it(including those buymore spies), sup with that? also the quick intersect eraser glasses is kinda weak plot point :( still one of my fav shows :) they better not fuck up Chuck+Sarah(why doesn't he call her Samantha?)

Rule of thumb for TV-GAF, at least American TV-GAF: Once it airs on the East Coast, its fair game. Previews and all that, spoiler it.

Don't know what the Whovians and Brits rules are, but screw em.
