Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 star Charlie Cox says he feels “like a total fraud” in Expedition 33

He's being too humble.

Dude just phoned it in for a few hours on a project he didn't care about and delivered a performance better than 99% of 'industry royalty' Troy Baker's work.

Lmao.

He was great but I thought Verso was better

I especially enjoyed the funny chats between Verso and Monaco, and Verso and Esquie

The ending I chose Verso was really intense too "I don't want to live like this, I don't want to live like this"

Gustav was just another great part of a great game to me

Nolan North didn't think much of the first Uncharted. Took it as another voice gig. It wasn't until the second game that he started to see how special it was.

New IPs are sometimes difficult to gauge in terms of whether or not they'll be a hit. So, i don't blame him for not thinking much and just doing the work. What matters is doing your best regardless, and from what i hear, that's exactly what he did.

Just to nitpick. Wasn't the first Uncharted also (as later games in the series, and everything ND these days it seems) fully mocapped with actors? So it wasn't strictly voice. Having said that, I can't blame him for not thinking much of it. Let's be honest, the original game on PS3 wasn't that spectacular, at least in retrospect.
