Gears 5 at least held my attention and was fun to play. It felt a little "safe" but so does every AAA franchise. The Gears XCOM game was awesome.

GoW 4 and 5 were good it's xbox that's not as relevant as before same with lattest Halo games they were pretty good but had no impact due to Xbox getting weaker, and of course you have sony fanboys ready to drop their trucks of shit onto Microsoft's biggest IPs at every chance.
