I still remember the "knock out game" news stories that plagued the NYC local stations. Basically any seemingly random attack that involved black male teenagers was blamed on the "knock out game" without every confirming if that was the case. It just created this hysteria that there was an epidemic of black boys out here just attacking people for sport and play.

If we really wanted to go down the road of whose the bigger threat to peoples social well being, the last 400 years of history should suffice.
