I have a friend that I'd like to play with online that doesn't have a key, PM me please if you can. He doesn't have 99,999 points to pay for the "glitch" download.

I can't express how much i fucking hate the respawning. On overgrown, I died 3 TIMES to the same air strike. Why? Cause I respawned right where the airstrike hit cause my ehtire team was there. THEN, since there is no kill-cam for airstrikes, i instantly respawned, AGAIN where my team was. and then once more i respawned under the airstrike for good measure.

the exact same way you would redeem points, or monthly/yearly subscription

You have until the 30th. Current level cap is 16, on the 28th it'll be bumped up to 25 for the final weekend.

This game is similar to an MMO in that you earn experience points and gain levels through kills. The first four levels you can only choose the pre-made classes, at level 4 you unlock the create-a-class feature which is where the fun starts. Different weapons and perks are unlocked as you gain levels.

edit: You also unlock different add-ons to your weapon as you get more kills with it. i.e. Get 25 kills with an m16 and you unlock the red dot site.

so when i go online and start playing. no one will play with me because the current level is like...16...and i am zero now??

No, you'll have plenty of people to play with. But the bad news is that they'll most likely be all level 16. Don't worry though, the m16 is one of the best weapons in game and you have access to it at level 1.
 
Yeah even I'm getting owned now and then, it's like people are suddenly getting really good at this game. But if I manage to find some Aussies to play with or host - where I don't have a lag disadvantage, you have no chance :D

What is to stop people from camping these areas? The spawn system is perfect imho. True sometimes in the beta you might spawn into some deaths but that happens in every game. Give me that over something like Rainbow Six or Ghost Recon any day of the week.
 
Played a couple rounds of the CoD4 Beta tonight. Still fun, but probably the last time I'll spend with the beta. Definitely looking forward to playing the full game but...The beta is pretty much done for me. I might play for a little bit next weekend after they raise the cap to try the G3 or something but...Let the H3 era begin!
 
holy freaking shit.. im in shock at the visuals for the beta online.. the graphics, my god are they beautiful. best looking multiplayer game i ever seen. I cant imagine what single player looks like lol.. totally floored with the mp visuals. finally got a token today.. i cant stop playing the damn game..its like crack rocks lol ..buggy but hey, its a beta.

the gameplay.. fun and intense.. i love it. I love you infinity ward !!! :D

Coming back? I left for a day, and now I'm coming back to the contender for FPS MP-game of the year along with TF2 and UT3...

I'm not sitting near a 360 right now, but I believe you go to the far-left blade, choose "Account Management", and then "Download History". Select it from there, and you should have the option to re-download.

Those might not be the exact names, but that's the gist.
