I can, they have been tackling poorly all year long. It finally came back to bite us in the ass.

I think our problems in the second quarter came down to one bad matchup that was consistently exploited. Every time they threw towards Quincy Wilson, there was either a 1st down or a touchdown. It was egregious, but you could see that they buttoned it up during half time and that kept them fairly quiet in the second half. I think our defense did fairly well in the 2nd half, it's that 2nd quarter that absolutely demolished us.

But say what you want, our offense tied up the game and our defense kept the offense from scoring in the 2nd half. It came down to the trick play and an offensive inability to move down the field in the 4th quarter. But Harris had that perfect pass to Robinson in the endzone, it was just good defensive coverage that broke it up. Thems' the breaks. LSU is a fucking great team and their QB silenced some haters. Fournette was the monster he was supposed to be and their defense did great.

It was a fun game, a good loss. I think we're still performing beyond anyone's wildest expectations.

They did blow chances as well, but check out the stat sheet at least and see that we did produce more offensively. The reason I'm saying all this because I keep hearing from Michigan fans that we just got lucky and Michigan played the better game the entire time. Just because Michigan lead for the entire game doesn't mean that they were playing better. I'd say Michigan played the first half better and we played the second half better for sure.

Happiest I've ever been after a loss. Program is going in the right direction. Fun to watch again. I've always liked LSU too, can't dredge up any hate besides game day hate.
