Is there anyone left from the Carroll era who USC can bring in to coach? Maybe Norm Chow?

USC's incredible collapse over the years gives me hope that one day Alabama will not be ranked in the AP top 25.
Will be a lot of questions to be answered once Saban retires.

5-10 years from now If he starts a string of sub 10 win seasons I wonder if he would insist on staying on as head coach ala bobby bowden or if Alabama will take the anti FSU approach to legacy and force him out. I'm thinking Alabama would fire him even though he's a legend. It was kinda weird how FSU gave Bobby Bowden tenure even though he was coaching and recruiting like a zombie for 10 years which was reflected on their record.
He has a coach in waiting already.
Yeah, but he won't be Saban.
Wouldn't you actually want Ohio State to not be ranked, seeing as that's only happened 3 times in 80 years.
It was only a decade ago when Alabama wasn't ranked, for long stretches of time.
Something tells me you're not really a B1G team fan.
Lane can answer any question you have. He is the best at answering questions. Good questions. Great answers.
and he's gonna sing Rocky Top all night long
Though I may hate Ohio State, I also know that they are literally the only team that could potentially beat Bama this season. They're certainly the only team that stacks up against them in terms of recruiting and coaching.

Sam Darnold on 4th-down punt: ``I wanted to go for it but it was Coach Helton's decision. It was the right decision, to be honest.'' #USC
TTK was having too much fun tonight where he was at to even care about USC at the moment.RIP TTK
Any team with a very good QB has a chance to beat us. Thus, Louisville would have a very good chance to beat us this year, and I'm okay admitting that. Jackson is amazing.Though I may hate Ohio State, I also know that they are literally the only team that could potentially beat Bama this season. Oregon got a boner, though. So it all evens out.I threw up in my mouth.

Holy shit, that's hideous.I threw up in my mouth.
Hot takesBama beat:
- a USC team that was ranked preseason since they're USC and now has 3 losses
- mid-major Western Kentucky (comfortable win, but they didn't stomp/embarass them)
- Squeaked by an Ole Miss team that gave FSU a game (but FSU got nuked by Louisville)
Probably the least impressive team in the top seven besides Clemson.

Not everyone can have wins over Bowling Green, Tulsa and an underwhelming Oklahoma.Bama beat:

I feel the opposite, hate Florida and dislike Tennessee. It's a meteor game for me. In some ways I'd like Florida to win because of how cocky some Tennessee fans have gotten (not the ones here). Just to bring them back to reality. But I can't ever root for Florida.Guys, Im in Jacksonville for me and the lady's 10th anniversary... But Ill still be around during the day especially to watch my Dawgs.
Sitting in an oceanfront terrace suite, on the weekend of your 10th anniversary, cheering on your team. Priceless. The life of a college football fan. Not to mention catching the Jaguars game tomorrow before coming home.
Also my fellow bulldogs posters, who would you rather win the UF vs. TENN game? Personally, I dislike UF, but I absolutely LOATHE Tennessee. Its a different kind of hate....

The thing about Florida is we(vols fans) all know Tennessee is going to lose but fuck Florida we are gonna win.I feel the opposite, hate Florida and dislike Tennessee. It's a meteor game for me. Congrats Clemson fans on the W
Don't be like that.
